Experience was awesome. Got appointment the next day and came to work place. Sam was my tech and was very professional and let me know when he was 15 minutes away. All around great service and would recommend to everyone who needs a windshield asap and doesn’t want to wait for weeks!

Bait and switch company. WindshieldHub quoted one price then changed the price when they realized my deductible would make them more money. They blamed the price change on a computer glitch and would not honor their quoted price. Do yourself a favor use another company.

The service was AMAZING. I received a call immediately to get my info for the quote. I was scheduled for the following day. The installation was QUICK. It was a great experience. I LOVE that they came to ME versus me having to drive to the shop.

While their quotes say that they do glass removal as part of the job they left all the broken glass inside the door so now it makes a rattling sound. I would have gone with a different company or taken it to a shop if I knew that they weren’t going to take the broken glass out of the inside of the door. And they just dumped all the broken glass that was sitting on the drivers seat onto the street in front of my neighbors house. Scumbags.

Great experience - I got digital confirmation of my appointment, contact by text and phone from both the dispatcher and installation technician the day of the appointment. Tech was on time, answered all my questions with confidence and demonstrated his expertise. The replacement was completed quickly and the tech was friendly throughout his visit. 5 stars. I was not familiar with the company since there is so much marketing for one competitor. Still, I gave them a shot and could not have been more pleased with scheduling, communication, quality, and workmanship. ( and price!). The team that arrived were professional, friendly, expert, and neat and clean in their work.

I called for my 2013 Honda Pilot, which had a split in the windshield. I called, received a free quote, and had Sam helping me within a few hours at my house.
