I called the day prior to get a quote for my vehicle, for ceramic tint all around and Daisy said it would be $380 for everything. I get there the next day, they finished tinting my vehicle, and the front windshield wasn’t done, nor were the front driver and passenger windows to the percentage I asked for. Natalia said they would take it back and do the front windows because she wanted me to be happy with the service. I really appreciated that. However, the guys put regular tint on my front two windows instead of ceramic, which is what I was charged for. I didn’t even get my front windshield done after all of this. The back windshield and two back windows are great, I just wish they would’ve completed the job that I paid/asked for. Update: Daisy called me on Friday and apologized for the job not being done correctly the first time, and then asked if I could come in first thing on Monday. Not only did they fix the issue for free, but she offered to do my front windshield at a discounted price. I didn’t get my windshield done, but it just goes to show how much they value their customers and want to make sure they are satisfied with the services provided. Me and my friend showed up there at 3:10 Saturday afternoon it was raining they close at 4:00 I believe walked in there they were so very polite they were recommended to me by somebody that I saw how well the work was done on their car they brought us in didn't tell us oh it'll be next week or it'll be next Tuesday wasn't there at 3:10 it was done by 4:10 perfect I mean absolutely perfect he had a 2013 Ford Explorer they did the whole car for two and change 220 in change did a beautiful job I'm telling you if you don't go to this place on Hull Street across from China Dragon Chinese place they do the best work of any tinting place I've ever seen I've ever gone to and I have no affiliation with them whatsoever all I know is how they acted how they treated us and it was wonderful but it's just my opinion

They did excellent on my car and it was under 2 hours. Definitely cannot beat the price under $200 for a full tint. Watched a movie and it was done. Clean, no bubbles, no peel, no streaks. Wished I could give them 5 stars but the manager, Natalia, was horrible, rude and extremely disrespectful. Daisy, on the other hand, was a gem!! Daisy listened and did all she could to help resolve our many issues. We did have multiple problems but hopefully they are resolved. Stay away from Natalia!!

They may be cheap but it’s not done right, I paid for something to get fixed they didn’t do it properly and I have to pay more money to get something fixed they didn’t do I’m going to make sure they loose they business for talking rude and being disrespectful about my service

They fixed a window issue that apparently wasn't fixed the first time. They did not charge more to fix this time. A pleasant surprise. All the staff were very warm to rgeir customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing window work.

They're pretty good at their job. I've had two cars tinted here these past two years, and they've never failed at what they do. They just finished tinting my Nissan Frontier and did an excellent job. 5 stars, and I highly recommend them.

Took my car here to get my window tinted and I love it !! Took an hour and half and they a great job..the customer service is so chill and I loved talking to this young lady who works there. She was sweet..and price was right for me

Although price was good, poor & sloppy work was done. Scratches left on my car’s paint, glue from the glass left on passenger door, & glass pieces left all in my car. Details are overlooked here.
