I called several other places and they just gave me a laundry list of things that I didn't need to fix my daughter's driver door window. David's approach was to minimize unnecessary costs to get the job done. And that's exactly what he did. I'm more than pleased with the quality work he did. I live in Fredericksburg and would not hesitate for a moment to travel to Richmond to have David at Riverside Auto Glass to take care of my auto glass repairs.

DAVID / RIVERSIDE AUTO GLASS IS THE BEST! This dude is a 6/5 stars. Goes above and beyond every single time I've had him work on our vehicles. Probably the 4th time we've used him now - I have a small fleet of company vehicles in addition to personal vehicles that are constantly needing glass replaced or chips fixed. We used to just use the big insurance recommended company and got carelessly installed whistling windshields, broken eyesight systems, and never ending delays. Riverside is just going to do it right the first time.

I HIGHLY recommend this company — David is so nice and goes out of his way to deliver excellent customer service. I needed my rearview mirror fixed and called him — and he was available 20 minutes later. The fix required an additional day and he drove to where I was working the following day to finish the job. He could not have made the process easier for me. I have already told my friends and family about him and will definitely be using his services in the future - thank you!

We were travelling in the area and had a leaking windshield. We called David at Riverside Autoglass. David responded immediately and came out to the house we were staying at 7 am the next morning to get us taken care of. He was very neat and covered the areas of the vehicle that he was working on. I found the Riverside card at Northside Market and loved the design of the logo, called David, he was super personable and helpful. My insurance fully covered the work, and David showed up 5 minutes before my office meeting perfectly on time and the windshield was done before I was done with my meeting. Turns out he services all the auto glass need for Hendricks which is definitely saying something. It’s been great, I’ve had it in for a couple months now.

David was super quick in taking care of our glass needs. Super professional and looks out for our best interest vs just "replacing our glass". He services or entire fleet of company trucks that see their fair share of cracked/chipped windshields. David ( the owner) is amazing! Super accommodating. Friendly, comical and very accomplished! My driver side window was smashed out by low life thief. Riverside Auto Glass repaired it that day, within 4 hrs. He goes out of his way to help. He is also very upfront with pricing. Overall, repair was done perfectly and I had the pleasure of meeting someone super positive, energetic and great knowledge of what the low lives look for when they break in.

I absolutely adore this business, Riverside Auto Glass was able to jump on my glass crack right away when a rock hit my windshield 8am on a Monday morning. I will never ever use other places which did not quote what I needed done properly, and the appointments were so far out that the damage would increase if I had to wait. The repairmen at my car dealership highly recommended that I call David at Riverside Auto Glass to fix my windshield. David was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did he travel out to Dinwiddie to fix my windshield but he also got the side frames (they have been cracked for years) on my flex replaced (Something the big box companies never offered) he was super fast and super professional.
