Mason's Windshield & Glass Rpr

When they first came out to work on my car I was stuck in the house with a broken ankle so I couldn't be out there to see the work being done. But I had to have them come twice because my hatch on my car no longer worked after they fixed my window. They didn't clean the glass out before installing the new window. Now it looks like I'm going to have to spend more money because I am going to have to take it to the dealership to fix my hatch because they couldn't do there work correctly the first time. Masons installed my windshield and I had to call them back because molding was not staying in place. They returned and attempted to repair. Did not solve the problem. They told me I needed to buy new molding. This is practically a new car. They also left black greasy handprints on the gray interior of my vehicle. Of course it happens when I’m out of town. My insurance’s preferred vendor couldn’t see me for a week. They gave me other vendors to call, and Chris Mason set me up for the next morning. When called to give him my location, he was there within 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, I’m on my way. I was impressed with Chris’s professionalism from the start. His service is great!

I have an SUV with a hatch. The window opens with the hatch or on its own. It is not glued, but held with hardware. It has a wiper, washer and lift...tricky.
