LiteFusion Windshield Repair

i had my entire windshield replaced on 7/12/22 from a large piece of wood flying on the highway. for my replacement, i had other companies quoting me at $400+ for the exact same job that lite fusion only charged me $280 for. it would’ve been about $15 less if i didn’t have so much damage to the windshield. (i go into detail about my pricing in the last section of this review. i also included before and after pictures for reference). the representative that came out yesterday was kameron williams and he is just awesome! his bright smile and bubbly personality immediately made me open up to him, and made me feel extremely comfortable with the entire process of the replacement, as well as having random strangers in my car when im not around. the entire process took about 1.5hrs to finish. the next day, however, my ac was making a weird almost buzzing noise on the 3rd and 4th setting. as soon as i noticed it, i texted mr. williams and within minutes, i had a response from him. he was more than happy to come out and take a look at it for me as early as tomorrow. luckily, i personally don’t believe that that will be necessary just because the longer i let my ac run for, the more it seemed to resolve the issue on its own. as of right now, there is no noise whatsoever anymore. my main point here is that this company is so much better than i could’ve imagined :) they quite evidently care for each customer they work with, and they clearly value and take pride in what they do. p.s. for those looking for numbers to compare, i have a 2015 ford focus and my total to get my replacement was $262, including taxes. However, I personally got charged for a total of $279 because of how bad my damage was. mr. williams explained that because of the severity of my damage compared to others’, he would have to dispose of my old windshield differently. therefore, he was required to add an additional $12 to my bill.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I came home from a 5 day vacation and I went to move my car from where it was parked and someone had busted out my passenger side window. I’m just a girl and I literally had no idea what to do because nothing like this had ever happened to me before. I was so stressed and somebody told me to contact safelite. I did contact them but they were gonna charge me DOUBLE what this place charged me. I looked for another option and I found this place, it had great reviews and they told me they could come the next day. Only 24 hours after the incident they had vacuumed up all the glass out of my car, it only took an hour, and my window looked literally as good as new I swear I could not tell the difference. I wasn’t even late to work. This place seriously felt like a guardian angel when I needed one. Book them!!!

I was left with a shattered windshield after a goose flew right into my car on the highway on a very foggy morning. I called around getting multiple quotes but ultimately landed with LiteFusion after hearing their competitive price, turn-around time, convenience of them coming to me, and friendly service. Kamron showed up to my house the next day, called prior to arrival and was perfectly on time. The windshield was replaced and test driven in just over 2hrs. My lane assist feature needed to be recalibrated so when Kamron couldn’t get that to work, he took that portion off of the bill and immediately connected me with someone to get that fixed. Will absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for windshield repair or replacement.

He did my front windshield back in 2022 and I never wrote him a review but I find myself always recommending this company to anyone if they need their windshield replaced/fixed. So I thought I should leave a review about my personal experience. I booked only and he came with his partner to my place and fixed it outside. Customer service was phenomenal and there was clear communication of what my car needed. For one, not only did he replace my windshield he also added a weather strip around it as well. He informed me that it was missing and he just added one for me. Kamron did an incredible job. I honestly was not expecting the amount of care and attention to detail like what he had done. From start to finish, he took his time cleaning, removing, and installing my new windshield. My windshield was an old model and to my surprise, the new windshield came with a blue tint, helping keep the sun’s glare out of my eyes. I will be recommending his services from now on, currently thinking about getting the rest of my windows replaced in the future because of how awesome of a job he’d done! Thank you again!!!

I had 2 fractured glass spots on driver side from a speeding dump truck with rocks. I called Kam very polite and professional took a look at it and said we can fix it with confidence. He was reliable and price was reasonable. His quality work as you can see below was amazing no clouds in one picture. He also saved me a lot of money today. I NEVER leave reviews but I had to today!!…. Kam was extremely professional and got me scheduled right away! The best part is, he comes to you. Before arriving he sent a courtesy text to let me know he would be arriving within the hour and was very punctual and got to work right away. He was also very courteous. Kamron was amazing!!! He was so helpful through the whole process. Our daughter is the one living in Richmond, her car windows were broken into and he talked to me (the mother) to get the exact windows needed. Then he scheduled with my daughter to have them replaced. Lots of work on his end with two different people!!! Amazing work!!!!!!
