Wish everyone professionals I've dealt with are like Mr. Fine. A true no-frill gentleman and absolute expert, he came to the rescue when my insurance co. put me almost 2 weeks out for an in-shop windshield repair, which would almost for sure turn into a full replacement with the inclining weather and time lapsed. This is also during holiday season, I took a chance reaching out to Mr. Fine out of desperation as other shops either don't work with insurance or are closed. To my surprise Mr. Fine accommodated my request during the holiday weekend and came out of his way to help me on the eve of snowstorm. I am sooo grateful and he took care of my windshield in no time. Steve is speedy, professional, and impressive! The entire process took a call & a couple texts. He met me while I was running errands in Short Pump. The chip in my windshield is now nonexistent & the repair took 2 minutes. So much easier than dealing with Safelight!
