Most importantly they are very affordable and give honest market quotes, placing it at a more affordable rate than any other windshield related agency I contacted. I had to have my car re-calibrated and they still got me in and out in 25 minutes-less. AN AMAZING BUSINESS WITH AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had been being dragged around by Safelite Auto for weeks, and when I finally did go in the customer service was so deplorable I requested my keys and walked out. (the location on Hull Street to be specific next to Brusters) In my search to replace my windshield, all the places I contacted said they couldn't get the glass or they could but didn't calibration any tried to convince me it wasn't needed. I contacted B & J at almost 5pm yesterday they reassured me that they could get the glass in and asked what time I could come in today. I set up an appointment, pushed the time back twice and they still had me in and out with my new calibrated glass Ina little over an hour and a half. The establishment was spotless, the owner was so courteous and explained the process all while I sat there and watched through the big window with a fresh cup of coffee complimentary to customers. I wish I could give them 10 stars!! I will NEVER go anywhere else if the need ever arises again. Thank you B&J for a stellar experience!!

Called Yesterday unknowing if they provide mobile service or not! Explained that I broke the window out my semi truck to enter because the handle didn't work after two yrs being parked due to my serious motorcycle accident. I asked what they charged to come out to help just get the glass on track and I will finish it off since I already taken everything down doing it myself? I explained I have limited use of both arms that why I just need help getting it back in or the finishing it if they wanted. Then he went on to say! What you trying to get a discount or something? Pissed me the Hell off and to add insult to injury! He said we charged $350.00 to do any tractor trailer! Hell I get a whole windshield for that price! Windshield and Install! I wish your company the best but just know if anyone in my industry or know needs service! I want be recommending your business at all! Communication and being tactful is also very important in business!

I was dealing with my insurance company for 19 days to replace my sunroof glass. They would not pay for what the glass replacement company wanted as an estimate to fix it. Absolutely fantastic service and experience here. I had a rock hit my windshield and cause a big crack at the start of my roadtrip - called James from the road and was able to stop in on my way through Richmond and get it replaced. He checked ahead of time that they would have the necessary windshield at the shop. It took the team less than an hour from when I showed up to when I left, and there was good WiFi to get some work done in the waiting area. Very grateful for how efficient and helpful the team was.

These are the guys you want working on your glass. I called at 8:30am to set up an appointmet and they told me to come on in. Got there at 9, they picked up the glass, installed it, and had me out of there by 9:30am. I also had a window motor they didn't have on hand and they got it next-dayed to the shop. The guys were courteous and polite. The whole experience was nice; a cool little place to chill while you wait too. Most importantly, the prices are insanely low and competitive with the best around.

I've used B&J Auto Glass twice in the last two weeks. The first time, they came to me, arriving ahead of schedule and displaying a high level of professionalism. The second time, I went to their shop, where they were extremely accommodating. The shop was clean and set up in a way that allowed me to continue working virtually without any issues. Top notch. I'm not easily impressed. But the service I received at B&J Auto glass was first class. Called the day before. Confirm they had my windshield in stock. I went in next day expecting having to wait . To my surprise, James had the new windshield prepared and ready to install. I waited for installation in their clean, and we'll maintain waiting room . And with a large window, which allowed me to watch the installation . The price was a third of the cost of satellite glass. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
