I had a fantastic experience with Auto Glass & Window Tint Specialists, especially after a frustrating situation at another tint shop. The previous company that did my initial tint job left my windows and windshield looking poorly done, and I was highly dissatisfied. Fortunately, I found this shop, and they completely turned things around for me. From the moment I called to inquire about their services, the staff was professional, understanding, and genuinely interested in helping correct the mistakes made by the other company. They listened carefully to my concerns, walked me through the entire tinting process, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. If there was anything they wanted me to be aware of concerning my vehicle, they were quick to let me know, which I appreciated. I called on Monday and got some information from them, and communicated that the best day for me to drop off my vehicle would be Wednesday. I expected to pick it up on Thursday, as they needed time to remove the previous tint job, which I understood. They started around 9:30 a.m., and to my surprise, I received a call at 3:30 p.m. the same day saying my car was ready. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly the job was done and how clean the tint looked. I brought my 2006 Jetta in for a ceramic tint job. I must say, the price they gave was by far less expensive than anywhere around. I got the job done on friday a week ago, let the tint cure over a few days and it looked FANTASTIC! I had a scratch on both front windows which did annoy me, HOWEVER i brought it back to them today (exactly 1 week later) to see what they could do.... they had a car ready to be tinted but still brought it into the bay to completely redo the 2 front windows NO COMPLAINT. They are very customer friendly and definately took care of me. These guys may seem too good to be true, but I assure you they are great, I will bring every vehicle I own to these guys from here on out. GIVE 'EM A SHOT!!!!!!

I had an awesome experience at Auto Glass & Window Tint Specialists! I brought in my grey metallic Bronco and wasn’t sure which tint would be the best fit. The owner was super friendly and took the time to walk me through all the options, explaining what would work best for my vehicle. Thanks to his guidance, I picked the perfect tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only does my car look sleeker, but it also stays much cooler on hot days. The quality of the work is outstanding, and my Bronco looks even better now. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for professional, high-quality, knowledgeable, and honest service!

Honest and fair pricing! I've had vehicles tinted in the past, I know how much it should cost. Some local competitors were definitely into shady business-trying to overcharge me $150-$200, while attempting to collect a $100 down payment over the phone to make an appointment. NO WAY! Aside from excellent customer service, they performed unparalleled work on my car in only a few hours. I asked about tinting my windshield and he explained that by following the measurements marked on the windshield, it'll stay legal and passable for inspection. No complaints here, especially since the tint has a lifetime guarantee!

Update 01/14/2024: love that the guarantee their work, great customer service, old tint started to bubble on two windows so they replaced it all with new! Awesome service from this place! They are not kidding about offering lifetime warranty! Owner tinted my car back in 2015; I recently noticed bubbles forming on my rear window. Coming back to the shop after 7 years, I showed them the issue and my original receipt; and they replaced the tint same day! Process was super easy, make sure you keep your receipts! I will definitely be back in the future...maybe for a vinyl wrap/car wrap!

These folks are the best! Last year, I had a crack in my windshield of an older car of mine, and they replaced it quickly for a very reasonable price. This year, I had a crack in my windshield on a newer car. My insurance deductible was going to be $500, so I took it in to see if they could do it for less than that. They offered me various options, but ultimately advised me to just go through insurance because it was a better deal. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to help me have the best outcome even when it meant not getting my business.

I started with one car getting the windows tinted & was so impressed by the customer service, the warranty and price that I brought my other vehicle back in the same day and they got them both done for me with no issues. Veronica even took me outside to look at different types of tint, explained everything very well. I highly recommend them. I will definitely be going back for any future jobs. I give a 10/10 - AAA+++ 🙂

Very friendly, professional, flexible with scheduling, & exceptional product/service. They were extremely knowledgeable and had no issues working on my Mercedes, which other places refused to touch (if you have a Mercedes, I’m referring to a sensor in the back… if you go somewhere that doesn’t know any better, they can damage/ruin it!) I would highly recommend coming here for your tinting/auto glass needs!

Went to get tints on my grandsons Benz, Ahmed was really nice and helpful we had appt for 2pm he said it would be finished around 5 - 5:30 named a few places close to go eat . We went ate came back sat in the waiting room was real comfortable and cozy. We weren't waiting long before we were called around 4 pm less than the time expected. I’ve taken 2 of my vehicles here to get the windows tinted and was very happy with both my experiences!! Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I did have an issue the first time with the rear window bubbling slightly but they honored their warranty and redid it with no questions asked. They do high quality work and their prices are reasonable and I 100% recommend! 😊
