Horrible craftsmanship. 1st this shop did not have my windshield when I came for the pre scheduled visit. I was then promised a discounted price due to the 1st experience. Never got a discounted price. My 2019 Ram was damaged on the exterior and interior. Hot dried glue on my dash and interior. My sun visor is broken. Shattered glass all over my hood scratch’s all over my roof and side arms. No refund, they agree to a body shop which did a horrible job they did not do paint or repair the waxed my truck and buffed it. They had my vehicle for 4 days I got offer no car rental. The front desk employee has made an effort to be apologetic but unfortunately there has been no refund Check or Parts for my interior. I should’ve of had a full refund by now. All this hassle because there installers are not qualified to do there job. I work extremely hard as a first responder to pay for my vehicle. So shocked to be treated this way. My recommendation spend a few more dollars and get your vehicle handle with care and consideration somewhere else. Absolutely Miserable experience!

Awful experience with them. Went through my car insurance to make an appointment. Was told I would owe $300. I drop my car off and go all day without them contacting me so I go to pick up my car and my windshield was still not fixed. They said they had tried calling me all day even though I never got a single phone call or text from them. They said that now I was going to owe almost $1,000 plus that they didn’t even have the part in stock for my car. So why was I able to schedule an appointment and not told that when I came in for my appointment? I had been getting text updates to my correct phone for a whole week before my appointment but all the sudden the day of they “didn’t have my information recorded correctly”. Terrible customer service. Wasted a day without access to my car and paid for Ubers for no reason. Reached out to their customer support team and still haven’t been contacted by them to clear up the issue. Don’t waste your time with these people.

I really appreciate the service I received. When I arrived, I was told it would take about three hours. I was a little upset because the call center did not mention that so I wasn't prepared but it wasn't something that I could not adjust from. They were actually able to get the windshield fully replaced and calibrated in about an hour and a half which was awesome. They ensured everything was back on my windshield that was on the previous windshield. Made sure to inform not to go through a carwash for 48hrs and we're super friendly. This was my first experience and I am super happy that made it a good one! My husband will be coming soon to get his windshield repaired. Who needs Safelite when you have Auto Glass Now! (No digs at Safelight though. You can use whatever works for you).

10/10. Every employee I spoke with was amazing! I’ve been dealing with problems with purchasing a car with Carvana and the owner of the auto glass shop ( I apologize I don’t remember his name ) went above and beyond to make sure I was getting treated right and held Carvana’s team liable for their own mistakes. A rock chip repair ended up being a new windshield and they made the entire process so smooth and easy. If I ever need anymore glass repairs I will be coming back as well as referring anyone I know here! The shop is also in a very nice location so while you wait you can either wait in their waiting room and make yourself coffee or across the street there’s topgolf and restaurants!

Let me start by saying the front desk personnel were epic, also the quickness of the installation and price were the best in Richmond;BUT this has come with another cost. I have multiple cracks in my dash and also a piece of completely separate trim that was knocked off and broken on the shop floor. My review will go to 5 stars if these issues are fixed; But the staff was very helpful and fast while we were on location. We noticed the cracks upon leaving. I’d still recommend this company if you do not have a fragile dash (truck is 22 years old and known for having dash issues BUT was in mint condition prior to the windshield install.

Not every time, your gonna have a great experience, at some places, But let me tell you! At auto glass now! You’re gonna get top tier! The assistant manager Tracey, along with Zoey, top of the line, in customer service! Very helpful, knowledgeable of the service Rendered, and after care. Aftercare. It’s customer service like this, makes money well spent! The prices are very reasonable, not like the Competitors,.. I was pleased with my service, and the extra cleaning to all my windows was much appreciated….. I definitely would recommend you check them out! And Grab a sub from Mr. submarine down the street while you wait for your car

I called on a Wednesday asking if they could replace a cracked front passenger side window on a 2024 pathfinder. The representative quickly looked up the glass to see if it was available. It was and she asked if I could come in that day within a couple of hours. Which was a lot faster than I anticipated. I was not able to go that day but they had an opening the next day. I dropped it off and it was replaced within an hour! Costs was less than I anticipated for a 2024 suv window. Great customer service, quick process, easy drop off and pick up! I’d use Auto Glass again if I ever need glass replaced versus going through insurance.

I recently purchased a truck and decided to take it out for a spin on Rt64 when a dump track hauling gravel flew past me, one of the rocks flew off the truck and hit my windshield. The crack began to spread across the span. I got a few estimates that surpassed 1K. I contacted Auto Glass Now and the first thing she did was ask me my vin number, no one asked me that before. She gave me a quote that was a third of what i was quoted. They were professional & courteous. My mechanic referred me to Auto Glass Now and I doubt I’ll want to go anywhere else after my experience. It was an incredibly friendly and professional quality experience. Schedulers (both local to Richmond, VA and the outside Richmond customer service representative) were kind and quick as well as reassuring. Process was convenient for me and AGN accommodated my needs re: early drop-off and late pick-up before and after the windshield installation. Finally, the warranty was verbally presented to me along with my one page receipt. Fabulous Service!

My first experience here and it was great. I spoke to someone on a Wednesday evening and was scheduled for the next day. Arrived on time actually a bit earlier than my scheduled time and they took me right in. The greeting from the reception area was very warm and welcoming. My car was in and out before I knew it. I would recommend this shop to all my friends and anyone I over here talking about a situation with glass and their car. The price was reasonable as well. Thank you all for the wonderful service.
