Auto Glass Now

I had called and scheduled for my car window to be fixed asap because it had been broken into. The earliest appointment was 3 days in Advance, which was fine. The problem is, when I arrived, they told me they didn’t have my exact glass. They knew exactly what my vehicle was when I had scheduled. They had to order my glass which wouldn’t arrive for another 5 days!! Because of this, I had to pay for almost TRIPLE for Ubers to work and transportation to get me through. They did absolutely nothing to my final cost and didn’t care about the extra expenses THEIR MISTAKE had cost me. To top it off, when I arrived for my appointment originally, they told me that I was at the wrong location and said I had to drive to the other location, just to drive 20 minutes and THEY DIDNT HAVE MY WINDOW ready. They completely wasted my time, and there’s still a bunch of broken glass in my door. Go to the next place.

The staff are courteous and prompt. The work is quality. The shop is neat and clean. I called the national number to book the appointment, not knowing they had a shop 7 minutes away from me. In one hour -- my lunch break -- my windshield was replaced. However, the sign on the door alerting me to the opportunity to voluntarily add a tip for my installer, bugged me. By the time I needed this service I had already paid a $$$ monthly insurance premium, which included an add-on charge for the windshield protection, and a $$$ deductible for the windshield replacement. I hope this 5-star review gets them more service, so the technicians are paid more and don't need to feel like they're working for tips.

Auto Glass Now did absolutely everything right. From me making the appointment to my husband taking the vehicle in, to the end. Shannon from start to finish was a doll. Very professional, kind and understanding. They got the car in the next day and in to the shop a little before time and were done in an hour. A beautiful job, no leaks, and the best part...we are totally relieved that the cracked windshield is replaced and the entire experience was totally perfect and again, absolutely, appreciated. When we. needed them, they were there, COMPLETELY winning over the all the competition! In conclusion - GO THERE! Thank you AUTO GLASS NOW 🙏🏼

Contacted them in regards to replacing the driver side windshield moulding(which I had already purchased, just needed it installed) on my Jaguar XJL. Marie told me to bring it(car & moulding) in so Benjamin could look at it to see if it was something he could do. They were booked the day that I finally brought it in, which was on a Friday but he did look at it and said he could do it. Marie scheduled my appointment their next business day(Monday). Benjamin was able to get the broken moulding replaced within 15 minutes at a fair/reasonable price! Thank you Auto Glass Now! Before and after of the moulding.

I visited the location on High Street recently to have a small repair completed. Marie and Benjamin were AWESOME! My initial engagement was via telephone with Marie who was patient as I explained the issue with the rubber molding on my vehicle. She urged me to bring my vehicle in on the same day. I was surprised that they were available due to the short notice. Once I arrived, she and Benjamin explained how they could assist me. Benjamin quickly made the repair in less than 30 minutes. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business for your auto glass needs! They provide EXCELLENT service!

Same day service, 4 windows replaced in only 2 hours. I had an issue with Safelite, not being able to get my glass in for an entire week before they’d be able to start the work on my vehicle. I called Auto Glass Now, and Marie had me in there immediately. I am so thankful, they literally saved me. If it wasn’t for Auto Glass Now, I’d still be riding around with taped plastic bags on my windows, no thanks to Safelite. Fast, friendly and great work. They were the most affordable and had the best customer service out of all the companies that gave me a quote. I paid out of pocket due to the deductible. The rear quarter panel was the most expensive one on my Yukon XL due to tent and antennae inside of the window. As stated before the price and attitude difference between this company and the others makes me think that this company is the only company I will use or recommend in the future.

The quote and real price were lower than Safelite's quoted cost for the same job. This was a plus. When it was supposed to be worked on and all needed parts were available therefore all work will be completed as stated! Another plus. One thing I did notice from my previous windshield was spackled glass fractures not as clear as the new replacement. Having the very low bit is never good. My car has safely calibration added as well. Well done!

Fantastic place for glass replacement. Marie, the receptionist was fabulous, from start to finish. I can't express my gratitude enough for how she handled my situation. The technician did a fabulous job installing the new windshield. The only negative issue was that not all of the chard glass was cleaned up. That's the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars. I would highly reccomend them to all who needed replacement automobile windows 🪟

They were very fast and efficient and did a good job and left the inside of my car pretty clean very few remnants left over from where they replaced the windshield. And they put all my stickers back on my windshield very nicely. Great job! I would use them again if the need ever arrived. The cost was economical for what the prices are everywhere else they were the lowest I found.
