David and his team are absolutely amazing and I will be a life long customer. They have gone above and beyond to make me a life long customer. I am long over due for this review! Over the winter freeze my Honda Civic windshield devolved a horrible crack, they were able to replace it last minute in a very short time frame keeping me on the road. My 2000 Lexus Sc300 had multiple small chips, they repaired them in less than one business day also allowing me to keep my car safely on the road with no worries of cracking. Furthermore I had a special project where I was able to take two separate hatches to their shop and they were able to transfer oem glass from a oem hatch to a custom made carbon fiber hatch for me with no issues also in a one day turn around keeping my cost within budget. They currently have one of my employees work trucks replacing a bad window regulator. Again they work fast, turn out the highest quality work with what I have found to be the best prices and most important I feel safe leaving my valuable vehicles in their hands. My only regret is not using them 10 years earlier! Much kudos to the VA auto glass team!

I stopped by Virginia Auto Glass N Market Ave Petersburg Va because the back window in my 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 was leaking water to the inside of the cab saturating my floor...I though it was the seal on the back glass so I stopped by this shop and asked if someone could take a look at it...A gentleman named David stopped what he was doing and immediately came out to look...I just knew he was going to say I needed a new back glass which with labor would have been over a $1000...but he went and got a cup of water and an air hose and said your “weep holes” that drains water out of the sliding glass rail are probably stopped up...well he was right... debris came rushing out and solved all the problems. I asked him what I owed him and he said “nothing”!! I will definitely be back to this place if I ever need auto glass...top notch very friendly excellent service!! Bad service. I would not recommend it. The technicians came out to install a new windshield and did not have the correct one. When I asked when they would return, he gave me a time later in the day. I was fine with that until they never called and never showed up! So I called the office and they told me that it would be even later because the technicians, instead of completing my job went and started a job somewhere else and failed to call to tell me about the delay. When they did show up and I confronted them about their delay, they denied telling me anything! Furthermore, one of them upon leaving got an attitude that was totally unprofessional and said for me to call Safelite next time. Totally disappointed in this company! I would not recommend them.

I had a 1968 Dodge D200 that I was needing a new windshield seal installed in. My nature of the glass and rubber seal being so old, it was best to have the entire windshield replaced. I was able to drop the truck off the night before and it was ready the next day, on time, as promised. I was able to pay by phone and pick the truck up that night. Couldn't have been easier! Was quoted next day, couple days at the most turn around for emergency window repair. Here we are day 35, and still no window. Every time you call, the receptionist says they will have it tomorrow. Have been told that going on two weeks now. Additionally, owner said they are getting it today. Instead of offering to work after hours to put the glass in the frame, yet again, they say tomorrow it will be ready. And of course, the money for it was paid upfront in full.

They replaced the hinges holding the rear glass in place on my Ford Escape. There was a little bit of back-and-forth that was mildly frustrating about attaining the hinges, but then they got the job done, and in record time! The other glass specialists I'd spoken with said removing the hinges would shatter the glass, but these folks managed to save my glass, saving me a bunch of money. Would recommend!

Absolutely loved them.they got my car in at noon and I had it back before they closed.i went to safelite and for one it was more expensive and also I had to wait 2 weeks to get it replaced.virginia auto glass had my windshield replaced in a few hours with the exact same glass that the car came with originally.i would recommend them to anyone that needs glass replacement

Was sent here to have my windshield calibrated. They were professional and fast . I feel that they did a good job and the lady in the office was personable and friendly. The calibration was definitely done accurately as the signals and lights all worked correctly after they did the work. Will definitely come back if needed
