Rating: 3.5/5 Stars TL/DR: Windshield replacement good so far, had to repair plastic cowl trim myself, would recommend shop but expect possible clean-up work. Due to a lot of construction in the area, I was unfortunate enough to get a chip on my windshield on the drivers side that spread to the edges of the glass. Luckily TJ Auto Glass had my car's make and model's windshield in stock and were open on the weekends. Being quoted a lower price by around $100 compared to other auto glass shops and their great reviews was why I decided to go with them. The reception was friendly and professional and I have tested the windshield in rain and shine conditions and it has worked fine. The work was also done in under an hour which was nice. The reason for the 3.5 star rating is the clean-up that I had to do for the plastic cowl trim that sits at the bottom of the windshield. While I did not expect it to be 100% perfectly flush against the replacement windshield, it was bulged up to a concerning degree; these trim pieces keep unnecessary water, dirt, and other debris from getting into the car's water drain channels where they can get stuck and clog them up. The technician insisted that it was perfectly fine and I gave him the benefit of the doubt. However, upon my own inspection with my friends, I found that the plastic clip that keeps the cowl trim seated was broken on both the passenger and drivers side. These clips are not commonly found in auto part stores and had to be ordered online. I would be fine with knowing that but I was more upset that the technician and the shop were not honest with me; the problem should have been noticeable when they were removing the trim and even when they were putting it back in place. They could have simply informed me that the clips were broken and give me some options such as a small price discount for the cost of the clips or an offer to have the clips replaced by the shop at another time. I had to do clean-up for the shop's work on my car by paying for the clips and plastic trim tools to properly repair the issue myself. It really didn't help that I was an out of state customer so I didn't have the opportunity to come back and the clips don't fall under the windshield replacement warranty. At the end of day, would I recommend this shop? I would in fact; but I ask any customers to be more adamant with having noticeable problems fixed by the shop or, at worst, being willing to expect some clean-up work afterwards. I’ve brought three vehicles here over the last 6 or 7 years and the staff and service is consistently excellent. They’ve grown a little since my last visit and really enhanced the comfort of the waiting area to the point it nearly feels like I’m hanging out in my own home. Of the three vehicles I’ve brought, none had issues with the work. One did have a concern with a whistle noise but we brought it back and they took care of it with haste. Overall I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve regularly referred friends and family to stop by when in need. Zero stars if possible. Bullseye windshield repair. It looked the same as it looked when I dropped it off. I wasn’t expecting it to totally disappear but not being able to tell if anything had been done was disappointing. Had another professional look at the work afterwards (I’ve had this type of work done before and knew there should be an improvement in how visible the crack looked) and he was flabbergasted at the poor workmanship. He asked how long it took for it to be fixed. Maybe five to ten minutes. He was like this would be at least a half hour if done correctly and barely noticeable. This shop basically did what anyone could do with a kit from auto zone. So now instead of having a simple repair, I may need to replace the entire windshield because of the horrible repair job. Would not recommend for cracked windshield repairs.

I called other places to get a quote to replace my windshield and was getting extremely high quotes. I did a Google search and TJ Auto Glass popped up on my search. I placed a call - extremely impressed with the top self service and quality from beginning to end. These guys gave me an excellent quote - they're professional and friendly. I was referred to TJ's Auto Glass by a coworker, but I did my research first. I don't believe I've ever come across a business before that had exclusively 5 Star reviews on Google, but I can tell you that the 5 Star rating is well deserved. From the moment I filled out the initial estimate request on their website until the technician left my house, I was blown away by the friendliness, customer service, professionalism, and communication. These guys are the real deal, and their price was less than half of Safelite for a replacement windshield. I would recommend them without reservation, and should the need arise again in the future, I'll be contacting TJ's and nobody else. Yesterday, my windshield cracked while driving, probably from a stone hitting it. It was a big crack & I was not comfortable driving until the windshield was replaced, so I preferred a home visit. My insurance company said the soonest their contracted repair service could schedule was 2 weeks out, either for home or shop visit. I looked up TJ Autoglass. At first he said it would need to wait a day, but I explained I couldn’t drive until it was replaced, he said he would call back. About an hour later he called and said a tech was on the way. It sounded like that took some coordination. The gentleman who came out was courteous & worked quickly. I greatly appreciate their efforts! The windshield looks great!

TJ’s is honest, professional, and fair. I felt very comfortable here as a solo woman seeking car service. If they can’t fix your problem, they’ll do the best they can and tell you where to go. I thought I had a windshield leak. After investigation, they said the windshield was all fine, it was my sunroof drains and showed me the issue. It was beyond their expertise so they sent me to an auto body shop. They charged me practically nothing for their time; a dealership would’ve charged hundreds for just looking at it! I must admit, I was truly impressed with TJ Auto Glass! When I was heading home, a huge rock hit my windshield. After calling around, TJ Auto Glass gave me a quote that I couldn't refuse! The rep was very nice and professional on the phone AND when I got there, the glass technician viewed my car and replaced my glass in less than an hour! I was also impressed with the price! I called around and got other quotes and TJ Auto Glass beat all the other local places and had my type of windshield in stock. My new go-to business for any auto glass replacement! Their prices are excellent, and the staff is super friendly. When I called to have my windshield replaced for my 2012 GMC Acadia, with Heads Up Display, they were able to come out to my home the next day. Unfortunately, a stress crack occurred a couple of days after installation, but TJ was able to find and replace the windshield within a week. TJ Auto Glass is the place to go for anything auto glass related! TJ is such an awesome guy and their service over there is top notch. I run an Insurance Agency and there is no other auto glass repair shop I would recommend more to my clients than to TJ's shop. I brought my vehicle in and not only was it extremely quick, the glass installation was beautifully done. In addition, they not only replaced my windshield, but they also vacuumed dashboard.
