Anderson's Mobile Glass

I'm super late doing this review but I would be remiss if I didn't show some love for the great service I got from Anderson's. My son and niece broke my driver side back window playing with rocks and I had been waiting over a month for the window to come in from a competitor company. Fed up with the wait I found Anderson's after a quick Google search. (If I recall his name correctly) I spoke with Paul and told him what happened, how long I had been without a window, and gave him the details about my car. He said I should be able to get this for you, I'm going to make a call and call you right back. Not only did he call right back, he was able to get the window I needed AND said he could replace it the next day! He arrived at my home at the time he said he would, explained what he would be doing, got my keys and got to work. I didn't realize until he was showing me the finished job and I was thanking him that he was who I spoke to on the phone and this was his business. His customer service was on point! Oh and did I mention the cost was less than what I was quoted from the company that had me waiting?! Anderson's was affordable, quick and efficient and I am very pleased with the job and it was nice meeting Paul. Continued success and blessings to you and your business.

I cracked my Winshield a few days before I was going out of town, Called the bigger companies for quotes and they wanted to charge not only for the windshield (Which was still way higher than Paul's quote) but charge me a ridiculous fee to recycle and also tried to stick me with a 120$ dollar pair of windshield wipers!!..lol AND I had to GO TO THEM!! I called Anderson Mobile Glass and he gave me a quote on my windshield in less than 5 minutes over the phone, He also had it in stock, Charged me nothing to come clear across town EVEN when I was not even there to pay him. I will tell you flat out his prices are the best, I know I called like 7 or 8 different companies, He was down to earth and didn't hassle me or try to sell me anything but a windshield, Also informed me about wipers after he completed the job. If you want a no hassle experience and the lowest price possible definitely give them a call, Nobody wants to have to kick out a new windshield but rocks happen and Anderson Mobile definitely took a big chunk out of the misery of having to get it replaced. I was very pleased and my windshield looks great!!! I will definitely use again next time I get hammered on the interstate.👌👍😆

****Paul and his guys are simply THE BEST I've ever experienced for windshield/window replacement. I went the traditional route and called Safelite, who couldn't even get to us for 2 WEEKS, and for a much higher price. First experience was for a windshield. Paul had it in stock and could come out the very next morning! There was some confusion about the VIN number (which has happened at our mechanic as well.. somethings just weird about it) and he realized he brought the wrong one (again, not at all his fault), but he was able to go to another job, do their windshield, then got the correct windshield and came back that same afternoon! Second experience was an emergency for a driver's window that had been vandalized at home and was broken out. Paul came the very next day, again! These guys are SUPER polite, respectful, professional, quick and clean up the installation perfectly. Price is as inexpensive as any I came across during my search, if not less expensive than others. This is a bit late, but I highly recommend this company for your glass needs. A few months ago, I "accidently " found a sharp branch with my back windshield. My first thought was Safelite. However, I had contacted them when a rock dinged my front windshield and not only did they reschedule three times, On the third try they just never showed up, never called, nothing. I found Anderson through a Google search. I needed someone who could replace the glass at my workplace, as I work quite a bit. I called and was told they could replace it the next day. I was ecstatic. Not only did they call to confirm the appointment the next day, they called to keep me updated. The installer was professional, courteous, respectful of my vehicle and myself, and proficient. I was so pleased with their work and affordability, that I also scheduled an appointment to have the front windshield replaced that I still needed, no thanks to Safelite.

Paul Anderson replaced my windshield in a very timely manner. I called and it was replaced the same day! Came to my home and I was very impressed with the timely manner in which it was done. Very professional and experienced. He definitely made me feel at ease. His work speaks for itself. High quality and very efficient . This company is awesome I called them after another company swore they were coming out and cancelled last minute. It’s supposed to rain and I needed my back windshield replaced. Called everyone no one had it in stock but guess what they did, he told me he was booked up today but I told him I can afford for my new car to get rained on and I was going to have to find another company. Not only did he squeeze me in but they came to my house in an hour fixed my windshield. The best customer service I have every had in a long time. Great communication, kindness and professionalism is why I chose to go with Anderson’s when I needed my windshield replaced. I didn’t have to ask any questions because they were already answered for me just a few seconds into my initial call to the company, which was greatly appreciated. I am beyond excited and pleased with the professionalism and the quality work that was done by Anderson mobile glass. I cannot express how grateful I am for Paul. We needed rearview mirror replaced and had been having difficulty getting other companies to respond to us. Reached out to Anderson's Mobile Glass... and received a timely response. Paul was very professional and finished the job quickly.
