Had an appointment this morning for front end alignment and oil change at the dealer Smart Ford South Boston VA. On the way there check engine light came on and truck would shake when accelerating. Ask them to please check what code the truck is giving. They refused! Saying my appointment is for oil change only! Even got the manager involved. Left there without oil change, went to oriellys auto. It took less than 5 minutes to get the code. Will never return to Smart Ford!! Was recommended to Glass Auto, My truck is currently being fixed, they have just been completely awesome and worked me right in!! I love my truck and these guys have earned a customer for life!! Really saved me today 🙏 Thank you Glass Auto!!

HONESTY & the knowledge that you can have TRUST in their workmanship. I have been there a number of times and twice brought my car in for service only to be told that only part of the work I requested was actually necessary. Saved me money each time. Outstanding place to have work done on your car. The mechanics are great at what they do and extremely trustworthy. Anyone who needs anything done on their car...this is where I recommend. I went in about 10 days a go to check an oil leak & I was lucky they said they could fix it right then. They did & it wasn't too expensive. I was very grateful. They were fast, efficient and not to expensive. I would definitely give their service & kindness a 10 out of 10. I will definitely recommend their service to others.

Marshall Glass is just tops in my book for helping me maintain my car. For years I have had an old car which at 16 years old he is still repairing. You can't ask for better service.
