Danny's Auto Glass & Mirror

Had scheduled a windshield replacement. We get there and they can't find our order. Come to find out it's under the wrong name. No big deal. THEN we are told we weren't scheduled that day for the replacement, yet we had confirmation on the 10th that our scheduled appointment was on the 20th at 2pm. I had taken the day off in order to pick up my wife and our two children for this. No apology from the girl. No "let me see what I can do to help resolve the issue", no I'm so sorry. Literally nothing. Super unprofessional and terrible customer service.

My experience with Danny's Auto Glass was amazing. The replacement was so fast! I went to breakfast not knowing how quickly they would be able to replace a windshield, and they had finished before I even received my food. They were very kind on the phone making the appointment and made me feel comfortable when I walked in for the appointment. The window was beautiful when I got back into my vehicle. There was a miscommunication and the glass I ordered was cut wrong, I called and they said no problem bring it back and they would fix it. When I returned the guy stopped what he was doing to fix it straight away. I was purchasing glass for cabinet doors and wouldn't hesitate to go back. They can cut glass for lots of things from picture frames to car windows. Great customer service and very fair pricing!!

Had a windshield relaced on a older car that wasn't the easiest to do things were originally not done correctly however the installer Jason replaced repaired and installed the new one top notch in a timely manner, he was pleasant to speak with explained procedures. Danny's gets my absolute highest rating. I cracked my passenger side mirror. Bought replacement glass. Went to Danny's. They pulled the old mirror and installed the new mirror. When I tried to pay, the manager there said no charge. I was flabbergasted and dumbfounded. This is the way a business should operate. I can't recommend them enough.

Pretty friendly service and quick repair! Windshield replacements aren't cheap but they had a pretty fair deal. Only complaint is that they didn't have the exact windshield I used before in stock and would've cost a bit more, which wasn't mention, but they were still polite, informative and efficient about it. Would go back here again!

We are extremely pleased with Danny's Glass! Our appt. was at 1pm. They took our car in early and finished the windshield replacement in about 30 minutes. The office manager was polite and helpful. Came in for repair to windshield. It was a very bad bullet crack from a guy driving a van with loose debris on top of his vehicle. Made me sick because I had just had windshield replaced by Danny's and had my car painted and ceramic coat placed. The repair was perfect. You cannot detect crack. Thanks so much!
