This person can’t even speak English properly. Picked up phone after 10 attempts and couldn’t answer my question. Hanged up on me. Totally unprofessional. Try some real company. It looks like a one man company.

Outstanding first experience with Truong today (hope I spelled that correctly). It was a day off, just was hoping I could get an estimate, maybe take it back in a day or two. But they had the unit in stock and the price was unbelievable! Almost half of a nationally known competitor. Truong and his helper did a great job with the install. I was in an out in a little over an hour, and that was with waiting for him to finish another car he was already working on! Truong and I talked the whole time he was working. Just a smart and honest small business owner. Very happy with this guy. I'm usually everyone's Go-To guy, now this guy is who I'll send my friends to!

Nothing negative to say about Trung and AA Auto Glass. The windshield installation was professional, service beyond exceptional and much courtesy from Trung. If you see a negative review it is from a closed minded individual that does not respect hard work and great work because the first language is not English. He drove in the most recent snow storm to Colonial Heights when this business is located in Henrico to honor appointments made at the CMA dealership.

Great first experience with AA Auto Glass in replacing my front wind shield due to some cracks. I was able to schedule pretty quickly and Troung was able to come out to my home to replace it. Communication with him was awesome and he was able to replace the windshield in about 20 min or less. Great customer service as well. Would recommend for all of your auto glass needs.

AA Auto Glass is AMAZING!!! I work at a dealership, and I won't let anyone else touch my customer's windshields except AA! Seriously the best service ever, and he is amazing at what he does. I have used him for hundreds of windshields, and every time he has knocked it out of the park!

Quick and prompt service. The 1st and 2nd glass shop my insurance sent me to was either closed or completely booked for a month. AA was able to replace my windshield the next day. Will never go anywhere else again.
