Up Front - OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL service provided! On 10 Oct 2023, I reached out to Brad's Auto Glass regarding the rear window of my 2004 Xterra which had been damaged while parked at my residence. My insurance would not cover this service, so I explored several options in the local Fredericksburg, VA area. After submitting a request for a quote on Brad's website, I received an almost immediate response. The service was scheduled and subsequently performed efficiently on 11 Oct 2023 (less than 24 hrs), where he was able to complete the service in roughly 45 minutes. Note: When I scheduled with him, he offered a rush, "same day service" but it would cost a little extra. I did not use this service, but nice to know for others looking to use his service. While discussing the invoice and inquiring about his business, it became evident that he offers a very comprehensive service that rival, if not surpasses, other top-named glass technicians in overall value. Plus the years of experience in his craft, give the customer the peace of mind you always hope you have when dealing with your vehicle. All in all, I had a very positive experience with the service provided, and have given Brad's Auto Glass this 5-star rating and a definite note that I will be recommending his business to anyone in need of vehicle glass repair. On our way home from Florida to Connecticut our car was hit by a huge object in the road causing our windshield to shatter. I had tried several businesses explaining the emergency service needed along with my insurance company and no one assisted unanimous response was 3 to 4 days. I was then lucky find Makayla at Trust Auto Glass. She was very compassionate to our situation and advised us to come right down so she could check if they had the windshield in stock. Not only did she have it in stock but was able to have the techs install a new windshield in 40 minutes. They were very quick and professional. She turned a terrible situation into a manageable one and this company is lucky to have her!! She showed total compassion and expressed concern over our situation when not one of the other companies called along with our insurance company even gave a damn! She is a true asset to this company and we are forever grateful! Shout out to Mike who provided the company to us!!!
