First when I got to the service center I had to wait for over 20 mins because both front desk employees were on the phone while two people were waiting to be helped. When it was my turn i was told that they had to order my glass and it would take over a week to arrive. I had to ask for them to check surrounding locations. Now why is it since glass is all they do why are their products so high. Why not cut out the middle man and make the glass yourself. Or at least allow your customers to bring their own parts.i found used windshields for only 40.00 a fraction of the cost.They said they couldn't cover products for warranty that wasn't theirs. To be honest if it not a seal problem nothing is covered under warranty lol. I call B.S. on that. Now the technician who came out to the house was very professional. He installed two windshields in 30 minutes. Why they charged me over 500.00 in labor for 30 minutes. Now that's nuts. I had originally had my appointment later in the day at 3:00p.m. Saturday and Ginger called me in the morning for me to come early. She was very friendly and I appreciated that she took my time in consideration when they had a spot available. Aveon was the tech that worked on my 04 Celica his work was clean and made my car look brand new; he made sure to go over what my warranty was and asked any questions I had. And Matt the manager was kind, respectful, and patient when I called to ask a question regarding the people that helped (how to spell everyone names no one did anything wrong just making that clear). So I could properly make this review and he encouraged me if I had any problems come up in the future that I be sure to call and they will care of everything. Overall good experience, clean work and professional team. I have no issues with the service I received and I highly recommend stopping by to get this team to service your windshield. Thanks

A stick fell on my windshield and cracked it. I called a few other auto glass companies and ended up on the phone with a Safelite customer service representative who was very helpful. They gave a very reasonable price for replacement of my windshield on my Honda Civic. The appointment time was at a good time for me and it was no additional charge for a technician to come to my house. The technician who performed the service was friendly and finished the service fairly quickly. I will definitely use Safelite again. 10 out of 10 Great company!

This company provided FLAWLESS service! My windshield was hit by a rock from a tractor trailer passing me on the opposite side of the road. When I called for service, I was given a next day appointment! The scheduler was friendly and polite! I was given a window of 1-6 pm. The tech (Aveon) came around 3:30 and made a courtesy call letting me know he was about 15 mins away. Aveon was also so polite and friendly. I couldn't expect anything more from the scheduler I spoke to or Aveon the tech! Safelite 10/10!!!

The website made scheduling super easy and quick. I was able to get next day. The technicians were friendly and patient. I saw them working with an elderly woman in front of me and they took time to not only explain everything but go outside and help her with the car. The repair was done quickly and they called me as soon as it was ready (from drop off to pick up, it was less than 1.5 hours). I have used Safelite nationwide for 4 windshield repairs and highly recommend them.

Ice fell off of a tree and smashed the rear glass in my Jeep. I scheduled online with Safelite. The technician, Krisztian, contacted me before the appointment by phone and text message and gave me all the information that I needed. He picked up my vehicle a took it to the repair facility. They repaired it, cleaned out all of the broken glass, and returned the Jeep in a very timely manner. Krisztian did an amazing job and I’ll definitely use them again if needed.

Went to them to get my windshield replaced. 45 miles from my home. They replaced the windshield and broke off a piece of side molding so it was flopping in the wind. Had to go back twice and they actually glued it to my windshield. Then it rained the next day and my windshield wipers were messed up because they were not put back on correctly. They came out to my job to fix them and still couldn't get them right. Not to happy to say the least

Had my windshield replaced 2 months ago and the seal just ripped off and started beating the roof of my truck. No one answers the phones locally or on thr 1-888 customer service number and the "24/7" live rep on the website doesnt exist. Disappointed in the poor workmanship to have it break in 2 months and the complete lack of customer service. I'll never bring another vehicle here

When I discovered my windshield had cracked, the insurance company offered two options. Safelite provided the most efficient option. Not only could they replace it the next day, I did not have to take my vehicle to a shop. David was professional and friendly. Communication was thorough and informative. They did an outstanding job. Easy to make an appointment online. The price was on the higher side paying out of pocket, but it was convenient and available when needed. Plus they were able to complete the job within a reasonable timeframe and my credit card offered a cash back for this company. It took approximately 2 hours. Excellent customer service!
