They did a good job on replacing my windshield. However, I only gave them 2 stars because of a major disappointment. I had an after market front splitter under my front bumper that has been broken and dangling loose by them. Apparently someone stepped on it, and to make things worse, they never even told me about it. I had to find out on my own after I had left. I already told them prior to be very careful and cautious working around the aftermarket front splitter and side skirts as I knew they’d work around them. I gave them a warning about it assuming already most likely that something like this would happen, especially if I didn’t say anything about it. But it still happened anyway. I was very upset and disappointed to find that out later on as I had left. I wish I had noticed it sooner. And even during the windshield installation, one of the managers or CEO/owner (whatever he is) appeared to be angry at a worker for something. I had asked if anything was wrong and if something had happened and he had said that there wasn’t anything wrong and that there was just a miscommunication of something. He said it should take another few minutes or so to be done. What a blatant lie. Note that they had told me this after they had told me my vehicle would be ready shortly after I made my payment. It was strange to me that there was a sudden delay. Overall, I’m just very upset and disappointed with their lack of responsibility and accountability. Terrible first time with them. Most likely won’t recommend them because of this. It’s a shame that they can’t be trusted. I even texted and showed them an image and also a video of what happened and there response was “This is not related to my job, I’m sorry.” How preposterous! Obviously it has nothing to do with the windshield, but one of your workers broke my damn property as they were working on the windshield! Take responsibility for it! Anyway, I say all this to say that this was an unpleasant first time experience for me with them. I’ll give them a bit of credit for installing the windshield fairly well, but I don’t even know if they deserve that after what had happened. Major lack of responsibility and accountability. It’s a big shame. I’m not one to give reviews on google or any platform, but this is probably my 3rd time giving one. The other 2 times were positive reviews. Never imagined I’d have to give a negative one.

Allstate Auto Glass replaced my front windshield last Saturday, January 25, 2025, at around 8:30 a.m. I was pleasantly surprised when they took me right in with no appointment. The price was very reasonable. I wish I could give Allstate Auto Glass more than five stars. The owner and staff are fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately I had to return on Monday, January 27, 2025 because I noticed there was a 2 inch long scrape on my vehicle's paint along the edge just above the windshield and the rubber molding strip was gouged as a result of the windshield installation. The owner immediately returned my money and had his employee fix the paint and rubber molding the same day. Who does that??? I was overwhelmed by his generosity and his willingness to go above and beyond for his customers which revealed his true character. Allstate Auto Glass clearly stands by their work. The owner and staff made me feel comfortable throughout the entire glass installation and the repairs. I will never go to any other auto glass shop again. Allstate Auto Glass is my go-to auto glass shop going forward, not only because of their attention to detail, expertise, professionalism, and quality of work, but more importantly because their customer service is unmatched! The owner knew I was upset about the scratches on my vehicle and without hesitation, he made things right. You just don't experience that kind of personal service anymore. The staff and owner always answers the phone (no recording) and they are always readily available at a moment's notice. Without any reservation whatsoever, I wholeheartedly recommend Allstate Auto Glass to my friends, family, co-workers, and anyone needing top-notch auto glass repairs or replacement. If I were you, I would keep Allstate Auto Glass' phone number on speed dial because when the time comes, and it will, you can feel confident that your vehicle is in the best possible hands!

0 Stars! (If I could give zero stars, I would.) This company was incredibly misleading and unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment to have my sunroof glass replaced and was given a specific date and time. Just one hour before my appointment, I received a call saying the glass hadn’t arrived. I was rescheduled for the next day and rearranged my work schedule to make it happen. Before heading over, I called to confirm, only to be told once again that the glass still hadn’t arrived. I asked if they could track the shipment so I could plan accordingly, especially since the forecast was calling for rain all week. I was told someone would check with the warehouse and call me back. That call never came. When I followed up, I was told by another employee that they don’t receive glass deliveries when it rains. I was then given the owner’s number, but he never answered. After more than five days of back and forth, I was left without any resolution and had wasted valuable time I could have spent working with another company. This experience was a complete inconvenience and lacked professionalism from start to finish. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I came here to get the back glass of my Tesla Model Y replaced. I brought the vehicle to the shop because I was told that the service could be performed the same day. I brought the car at the agreed upon time, but the mechanic showed up 1/2 hour later than I was told. After dropping the car off, I was also informed that it would be $1100 and would not be done until tomorrow as the car required a special glass that needed to be shipped in. I was ok with that because for the price I was paying, I'd much rather prefer the job to be done correctly with the right glass. However, when I got the car back, it was evident that a cheaper alternative had been used rather than the OEM glass. The glass was incredibly distorted to the point where it affected my rear visibility. I was told I could bring the car back to get the proper glass fitted, but I've tried multiple times to contact them to get them to look at the issue with no success. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I will update this review if anything changes.

If I could give less than one star I would. I was not given an estimate prior to work being done. When I got home I realized they hadn’t cleaned the adhesive off of painted surfaces of my car, when I went back the technician accused me of wiping stuff on the car because I was unhappy with the price. The work was poorly done with incorrect parts. The weather stripping isn’t remotely straight, and there is now a gap between my windshield and roof trim. Also, the technician damaged my roof trim using a metal something instead of plastic or nylon trim tools. I had to help the manager on duty use the cash register and when questioning the technician about the work he had performed he threatened to “show me his anger” amongst calling me other names. The first three pictures are what it looks like with proper installation or oem or oem equivalent parts, the last four are what Allstate did. Oh… the windshield installed is for a Subaru cross trek, it’s about an inch shorter than what my vehicle requires.

Very professional!! Very honest and transparent! I called them Wednesday May 7th , the amazing owner Vali answered the phone! Asked specific questions about my vehicle and gave me a great price ( I shopped everywhere) and he honored the best price and gave me an appointment the next day at 9 am ! May 8th I was there at 9 am and out by 10 am ! I waited inside their nice clean office with water, AC and Wi-Fi and engaged with nice conversations with the owner and employees for a few minutes before they got busy. One major thing I really appreciated that they moved carefully all my stickers and decals which are very important as they are government ones and required to stay at my vehicle and regenerating them is a hassle!! Thank you so much for the sweet and nice manager over there and the amazing owner for the fair pricing, great job and amazing customer service!! I'll definitely recommend them to all friends , and family!

Update: The owner called me very apologetically. He asked me to come by the shop next weekend (I won't have time through the week) and he said he'll rectify the issue. I will update this review once again afterward. Pros: - Had a windshield in stock for my car - Had availability the same day I called them to install the windshield - 30-40 minutes to replace my windshield. Cons: - When I called and asked about brands of glass, owner stated they had a handful of non-OEM brands, and Carlite (which is essentially OEM). When I showed up, the did not have Carlite glass -The work is not the neatest. You can see in the pictures attached that the adhesive they use to glue adhere the windshields sticks out like a sore thumb on my white car around the perimeter of the window. They used too much glue on the driver side of the windshield, and it's painfully visible in the interior of the car.

I got my window replace about a week ago after my car was broken into. After waiting 2 hours for my window to be replaced they told me that they were done and I asked them if they cleaned the glass out. They stated that they did. When I got to my car I quickly inspected the window and did not see any glass on my floor. Today I went to put something on my back seat and I saw that there was some glass on my floor that I assumed moved from under my seat while driving. I went to pick up my mat to dispose of the glass and cut myself and noticed that there was a lot of glass under my seat as well as under my mat. If you guys said you cleaned the glass up why is my car still full of glass. Allstate auto glass needs to do a more thorough job with clean up to ensure the safety of their customers. I will not be using this company again.

I called Allstate Auto Glass to get an estimate on installing a new windshield for me after debris flew into it while driving on 495 this morning. I spoke with Valley and he told me he had the correct windshield for the Make and Model of my car and told me to come right in. I arrived and got a reasonable estimate and agreed to have the replacement installed. Vince was the technician who installed the new windshield. He was friendly, professional and did an amazing job. I was very impressed at the thoroughness in which he prepped for the new part and made sure everything was removed and clean before the install. I would recommend Allstate Auto Glass to anyone and I would suggest you request Vince to do your install! He's great!

Do not use this business. Extremely unprofessional and employees are literally liars. We had the repair guy show up at 8AM instead of 2PM like scheduled. He was incompetent enough to take the wrong windshield and said he would return the next day. We waited and called the office and they informed us he claimed we declined any service. Completely unprofessional, rude and a waste of time. Use literally anyone else. We also notified our insurance so they stop recommending them to customers. Edit: After the 3rd day they came out with the proper glass and at the time they claimed. Would be higher stars but took 3 attempts and feels like a bit of dishonesty on their part.ServicesAuto windshield replacement
