Yellowstone Auto Glass was fantastic! I was able to talk with a HUMAN on the phone and have all of my questions answered!! Robert kept me informed of his arrival time for my windshield replacement and calibration. He was personable, friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Not only did he explain what he was doing every step of the way, he also explained the reasons for it. He obviously takes his job very seriously as he knows people's lives depend on the proper installation and calibration of a quality windshield. I found the company's rates to be reasonable. There were no hidden fees. I do not think it is necessary to be home when the work is done, but my husband and I are retired and were able to chat with Robert as he worked. We really learned a lot! I could not have been happier with all of my interactions with Yellowstone Auto Glass. I rarely write reviews, but certainly can highly recommend this company.

I don’t know know where to begin writing this review about Yellowstone Auto Glass. I’ve never seen such a clean, organized, friendly and professional working environment like they have here. Especially when it comes to a car business. The waiting area almost feels like home. It’s cleanliness and fridge filled with cold beverages, the coffee and tea station to the snacks on the counter top makes you feel welcome . They also have a business room with 2 computers available for the clients use. I had my windshield changed while waiting. Not only am I happy with the place itself by also by the quick service I received. My car window was broken by some POS thieves who thought there was something valuable in the diaper backpack. Not the best way to start the day… we called our insurance who said we have a $500 deductible and it would be cheaper to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. Great! We called a well known competitor who you hear on the radio all the time and was told it was going to be several weeks before they could get us in and was going to be about $380. Driving around with a trash bag taped to the door for several weeks was not an option. We called around and found Yellowstone who fixed it the SAME DAY and for less! I hope I never have to use them again, but I would highly recommend them.

I had to get a new windshield, and the staff was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and their attention to detail was fantastic. No problems with the new windshield. Unfortunately the next day, something else hit my windshield while driving and caused a crack. I immediately called them up to see if they had any openings that afternoon for me to stop on by, and they ended up being able to squeeze me in later that day and sent the team out to help me again. Absolutely incredible service! Hopefully nothing else hits my windshield for long time, but at least if something does, I’ve got this great business to go to. Will absolutely be using them again in the future

Fast and responsive service. Very reasonable price. Had two windshields replaced on my vehicles at the same time. The technicians showed up on time, were professional, and completed everything in the driveway. They made sure to review care instructions and answer any questions I had. They were clearly proud of their work. The company was able to source an OEM windshield for one of my vehicles. For my other vehicle, OEM was discontinued. Team there is very professional and knowledgeable, they gave me an advice that was against their own financial benefits, I had a very small chip in my windshield, I had many quotes from competitors, their quote was the best. When I got there after they examined the windshield, they told me that it didn’t need fixing. I ended up doing glass tenting. The owner explained to me all different types , pros cons of every type, After I made a choice they made a great job. I’m very pleased with the price and service. I can't say enough over how pleased I am with the service I received here! Their prices are very reasonable, and the service, from the front desk to the technician who replaced my window, was exceptional...professional, fast and friendly. The lobby and waiting area was clean and very accommodating, with wifi, water, sodas, coffee and snacks. I highly recommend this company. Great customer service from the start to the end. The waiting area was above and beyond my expectations. You would think you were in a home. It has everything from a large TV, several sofas, coffee machine (Keurig), sodas, snacks, and separate office space to do your hybrid work.
