Safelite AutoGlass

I recently had the pleasure of using Safelite for a glass repair, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The process was incredibly easy to schedule, and I was able to get an appointment just a few days after reaching out. The technician, Sam, was outstanding. He was prompt, courteous, and kept me updated every step of the way. Sam texted me several times with updates, which made me feel confident that everything was on track. The repair itself was completed quickly and professionally—truly top-notch work! I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience, and I would highly recommend Safelite to anyone in need of glass repair. Excellent customer service, easy scheduling, and a technician who goes above and beyond—what more could you ask for?

I had windshield replaced with OEM version on our 2023 Tahoe. The technician was amazing. Very thorough and thoughtful every step of the way. My only concern is the cost of “recalibration” of the windshield. On our car this was done with scanning tool. It is done automatically by driving the car 3 miles. About 10 minutes to complete and automated by diagnostic software in the car. The cost for this service, $499!. This equates to a labor charge of $3000/hr. Unacceptable. At most should have been a .5hr labor charge at standard shop rates. I rode with the technician and witnesses the recalibration process. For the Tahoe it is a ‘dynamic’ calibration which is an easier process than static calibration. Safelite needs to reconsider what is charging customers for this process..feels like gouging.

This is my second terrible experience with this location. It took three attempts to correctly install my windshield, which never actually got installed correctly. They use the wrong parts. And the technicians arent properly trained. The office is equally as rude and Ill trained. They tried to blame poor workmanship on cold weather, which was in the high seventies all week. According to corporate, windows can be instin sub zero temperatures with no problems. But apparently not at this location. If this wasn't an insurance paid repair, I would not even consider this shop. There are other shops that use the correct OEM parts and that fit correctly Go with those guysNegativeProfessionalism

When I called to make an appointment, they worked on my schedule, which was wonderful. I had an appointment for 1 o’clock in the afternoon. I got there a little bit early, went into a very nice waiting room was invited to sit down and have a cup of coffee or whatever I would like. They took my car right in. Had it all taken care of. A very nice gentleman brought my keys back said it worked perfectly. Everything was fine, if I had any problems please let them know. We were driving out of the dooryard at 1:02! Again my appointment was 1 o’clock. They were about 20 minutes fixing my windshield. Excellent service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had an awesome experience with Safelite in Williston! Scheduling my appointment online was a breeze, and the technician who came out was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even went the extra mile to call the office and have them reach out to me when he arrived so we could verify my insurance—something I had neglected to do expecting to pay out of pocket. Because of that, the service ended up almost being fully covered, saving me hundreds of dollars! The customer service over the phone was top-notch, too. I’m so grateful for the care and attention they gave me from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

My car window was smashed out and Safelite was able to get me an appointment the following day. Scheduling online is very easy and all staff in the office and the technician were very nice and easy to work with. I will say after looking around it was a little pricey compared to some places although, they were able to fix it earlier than any other place which I needed. They also initially said 1-2 hours and it was done in less than 1. Would recommend especially if you’re looking for fast service and getting it fixed asap!

I called my glass claim into my carrier, transferred to Safelite as the handle glass claims for the carrier. It was a smooth and easy process. Scheduled my appointment during that call. The tech came within the timeframe I was given, to my home, communication was good, service great, they replaced my windshield, recalibrated it, and changed my wipers. When he transferred the stickers nothing was ruined and it was all cleaned. I would 10/10 recommend. Thank you!

Poor quality. Poor service, poor communication, completely unreasonable calibration costs, and I was not notified when my car was complete. The top corner does not look properly sealed - see photos. I was only notified the work was complete when my card was charged at 4:55pm (location closes at 5pm), but never received a call. I would recommend literally any glass company in the area over Safelite. Stay away if you can help it!

We just had a really excellent experience with Safelite! Our technician, Julian, was super friendly and communicative throughout the install. He came to our home and knocked out a job on our company truck that I thought would have taken over 2 hours, in no time at all. He let us know when he was on the way and called to let me know when he was finished up and gave some great after care information. 10/10 highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Safelite in Williston! After an unpleasant issue with a safelite office in NY, who failed to complete my repair and leaving without notifying me.
