We made an appointment with Safelite to replace the windshield on my wife's Toyota. For 2 days prior to our appointment I got texts asking if I wanted to receive texts to keep me informed of the progress of my windshield replacement and reminding me of my appointment.( I answered YES text me) ... and 2 emails telling me to arrive 10 mintues before my appointment time. Even the morning of my appointment I got an email telling me that "Todays is the day!". Make sure you arrive 10 minutes before my appointment. I drove 45 mintues to my appointment and when I arrived the head tech told me that our new windshield arrived at their shop broken. So we will need to reschedule our appointment. The head tech said he called me and left a voice mail about the new windshield arriving broken. Well, we live in an area in the mountains where our cell service is not great. I asked the tech why didn't they text me or email me about the issue. His answer was that those texts and emails come from corporate and not the shop. I said, "then the shop should have alerted corporate about the issue". Sounds like a lack of communication between the shop and corporate. I wasted 1 1/2 hours driving there and home and the gas it took to get there and back and now we have to do it again Tuesday. We live on a fixed budget and things like this really affect our life. I did ask the head tech to compensate me for my time and trouble by giving us the new wiper blades they keep trying to sell us. But that question went unanswered.

Walked in and the man who I talked to and left my keys with was a complete jerk was told it would be an hour and I’d get a call after an hour no call or text waited another 45 mins no call so I went back in to find out they were having issues so it would be another 45 mins an hour later I was told my car was ready to go so I leave the lot and my lane assist isn’t working nor my crash control and they didn’t seal my windshield completely so there’s air coming in. My friend/past employee of this company told me they get broken windshields and scratched windshields all the time and are told tho put them in anyways and if the customer notices they have to warranty it. Worst company around would not recommend.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield replacement

Got a phone call the day before to confirm my appointment. Despite their best efforts I was still late for my own scheduled apointment!! The manager was super nice about it, he still took my car in and got the job done. I got a chip repaired with resin. You can't see the resin at all, the chip seems to be holding up good so far. Cost about ~$160 and took about 45 mins. Tried to show a picture of the chiped windshield with the resin fix so you can see that you cant tell there is resin on my windshield at all. I sat in thier waiting room. Bring your own fluids and snack, they are on skid row in that department. The waiting area was a little rough.... Other than that really good experience! Thank you Safelite people!ServicesAuto windshield repairPrice assessmentReasonable price

No show. I had an appointment for 12-5 which had been scheduled over a week prior. The technician called me in the morning to say he had too many jobs to do and if any others cancel he may make it between 4 and 6. If none cancel it will be after dark. I asked him to let me know before then so I could plan accordingly. He called at 6:30 and said he will not make it and a Manager would call the next morning to reschedule. Well, morning is over and I haven’t gotten a call. When I reached out to let the technician know he said the manager is busy. I was understanding to the technician as it’s not his fault he was overbooked. All I needed was a call to reschedule.

Had this location replace the windshield on my wife’s vehicle the tech failed to reattach the passenger side wiper to the motor and broke the trim around the rear view mirror. I attempted to get a call from the shop manager three time with no call back. The only call I have received is from the call center threatening collection of not paid in full. What a terrible company Response for owner: I called the customer care a few time with no action besides “ we will send a message for the local shop manager to call you” with no call back. So there is definitely something broken with your companies Customer Service model .NegativeProfessionalism

Do not take your vehicle here. They replaced my windshield last Friday and I was told they would leave my key under the visor since I couldn’t make it there before closing. My car was locked with no keys in it when I got there. I got my spare and came back. I called the next day to let them know that I still needed my original key back. No apology, no nothing. Josh was short and rude as if I had done something wrong. A simple acknowledgement and apology for the inconvenience would have gone a long way. He was also extremely rude when my boyfriend went to pick my key up. Terrible customer service skills and was clearly very poorly trained.

I had my windshield replaced a month ago and after it was replaced I would hear I high pitched buzzing when driving on the interstate. Scheduled an appointment for the buzzing to be fixed. Went to my appointment which was scheduled over a week before I went. They could not identify the issue and said they'll have to replace the molding but didn't have the molding on site and would have to reschedule my appointment, yet might not have another one because of circumstances. They had a week to get the molding before my appointment. There should have been no need to reschedule.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

It's mind blowing to me that business that refuse to let you talk to a real person on the phone are still in business. No one wants to wast 20 mins of there day listening to options they don't need pressing buttons that lead you further away from helo to get hung up on after being told to go to your website. Nope nobody had time for that I'd rather spend my money with a company that values customer service. Just what I did windshield wolrd answered my call first call. Please save your time call else were if your looking to call about a quote, pricing, service or need any help from anything but a robot

If you do not have a perfect vehicle do not book with this store they will waste you time, NH store installed a windshield in a old farm truck for me and did a great job I gave the NH store a 5 star review, 6 weeks later I needed another windshield installed on the same vehicle and advised them ahead of time what the vehicle was after waiting for the tech they decided that they could not install a windshield as it could leak. I did tell them I would sign a waiver but the young guy just did not want to do it. Make sure you book out of the Keene NH store good old season techs are hard to come by.

Their website chat is the worst! Ends chat if you go to any other screen. Accidentally touch something that brings you out of it. Did this 3 times. Thinking I could back up and go back to the previous screen. Oh and the 3 super quick rings and then the message telling you to go online instead. It's like they know they're not talking to you. Go online!!!! And then I don't exist according to their website so no help. Have to do live chat, which was a lovely terrible experience. Losing connection 3 times and starting over.
