Unprofessional. I urge everyone to shop elsewhere. While repairing a brand-new 2-week-old windshield with a chip 1/8" in diameter, they cracked it and told us we need a new windshield, and it is not covered by any warranty. Own your mistakes and do better. I'll never do business with this company again. Not recommended!!

The repairmen arrived on time. They got the work done ahead of schedule. Both guys were very professional. The lady I spoke with at the main office was very pleasant and addressed all my questions in full. Would definitely recommend to anyone with windshield repair needs.

horrible service we have been waiting 6 weeks and they just put it out another 6 weeks it has been every week they re schedule. I dont recomend this company to anyone. not to mention customer service is a joke and hangs up on you. worthless company.

Great company, had a technician at my house in a few days. He was done in about a hour. That was with me watching & asking questions. Lol. Which he was totally fine with. I love to see & learn. Most don't like it or allow it but they did.

Replaced my windshield last year. This year I needed a crack filled from a construction truck carrying a load of rocks improperly covered (not up to legal code). Safelite tech got me a discount. Fast, and reliable service.
