If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had my windshield replaced back in July of 2023. Their tech Mike broke the new windshield. The next day it rained and my whole headliner was soaked and water was running into my fuse box. They got it in to do a temporary fix until they could replace the one they had just put in. When I brought it in for the temporary fix Mike told me he forgot to make sure the windshield was sealed properly which is why it was leaking. When I asked for a refund due to the water getting inside my car I got told that them willing to replace the windshield that they broke was good enough. My husband then called and he asked for a refund due to the water. They essentially told us to go F*** ourselves. That they wouldn’t be giving us our money back. I called my insurance the next week asking how the water leakage should be handled. They told me that NEAG should be filing a claim through their insurance to have my car looked at by an actual shop. When I called to talk to NEAG about having them file a claim through their insurance I got told that I needed to find someone else to replace the windshield they broke and they would FINALLY be giving me a refund for their mistake. They tried to lie about the prior phone call they had with my husband as well and say he threatened them on the phone. When I went in to receive a copy of my paperwork since I was never given one I was verbally attacked by the receptionist and the technician because I made the choice to file a claim with my insurance to ensure there was no damage to the electronics in my headliner and no mold growing in the headliner. Due to their incompetence my sunroof has stopped working, something is wrong in my drivers door so my drivers side window only works occasionally, and my check rear occupant alert system tells me it needs to be looked at (all wires for this are in the headliner). None of these problems occurred before the water damage.

We used to use Windshield World on the Barre-Montpelier Road, but had a bad experience with Safelite when they bought it. Living on a dirt road means replacing windshields more regularly than most! So this time I thought I would try these more local folks based of their 5 star reviews. AJ was awesome, attentive, efficient, transparent, very professional, personable and even ran me up to my office when I dropped my car off. When I learned he used to work for Windshield World it all made sense. Straightforward, easy, pleasant experience. Highly recommend them!

Called on a Wednesday regarding a broken window. I was scheduled for the next day at a particular time. It was supposed to snow that day so I called and asked if I could come in early. They said yes, and told me the repair might take an hour. Literally no more than 30 minutes later I was done and out of there. Under 24 hours from the window breaking, to it being repaired. Unbelievable service. Highly recommended.

Scheduled a windshield replacement 4 days in advance and was told by both the insurance company and New England Auto Glass that they would need to do calibration. Took a day off to go there and work was done but without the calibration because, after the fact, they said they weren't equipped to do it. No additional help or consideration offered. Just an indifferent and surly sorry and sign here.

They did a great job installing the OEM glass replacement, and even were able to transfer over the VT inspection sticker.
