I called the previous month (Nov 2021) and they gave me a quote and kept that pricing for me even a month later. I scheduled my service (early December 2021) and they had availability within the same week. I was told to expect to take an hour but they had the entire front windshield replaced within half an hour. The glass was attached, but needed some time to settle, but they gave the ok to drive home, but to just leave the windows cracked for a bit. They have reasonable pricing for the glass and labor and the employees were really nice. I'm a little sad though since I only had the new windshield installed for about 1.5 weeks, before a dang evil rock was sent flying by a truck and cracked the windshield again. I have had winshields repaired/replaced by them in the past without issue. I recently had the windshield replaced on my truck. I had asked them to "be careful" when installing because the truck had recently been paint corrected and ceramic coated. After the install I noticed I had some new scratches and a couple small dings on my drivers fender. My truck was dirty at the time of install and the paint was clean where someone had been rubbing and resting on it. After sending photos and trying to at least have someone come look at what had happened (after 3 weeks of text messages and phone calls) they chose to just deny that they had anything to do with the damage. I hadn't asked for a refund or anything else for that matter so just choosing to deny and not come look at what happened is unacceptable.

Very satisfied did a great job didn't have to wait long was my first windshield I had to replace and the guy was honest with me about wanting to do job right didn't have what he needed for around my window so had to come back next day .made me happy he wanted to do his job right.he did end up finding it at another shop and did call wanting to come back that same day unfortunately I had to work but that was appreciated.also the windshield was cheaper than any other place I called which also helped me.thanks again so much .i will continue doing business with you.

Absolutely love going here. They are kind and honest. I've had to go for actual breaks in my windows, and chips. The prices are fair and they help you with your insurance company. On top of that they tell you FREE OF CHARGE if your window is fine. Went there this morning to get a chip filled and they told me that it was just a scuff and would be fine. Asked if I owed anything, and they said not if they aren't fixing anything. We need more honest places like this.

Called around to the big name places and the guys at NEAG were cheaper, more friendly and local. Other company's wanted to charge me an additional $400 to calibrate my cameras after, NEAG said 9 times out of 10 it is not needed and to wait and see. They were correct, no re-calibration needed saving me $400 in addition to the $80 on the windshield. Replacement was easy and quick, they will be my new go to shop for auto glass.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I am an out of towner! They came highly recommended! After being given insane quotes from other companies they were honest and fair in their quote. I had something wrong with the paneling afterwards but Chad came right back, fixed it and showed me what was wrong. I highly recommend any day of the week!!! Hard to find honest car repair places these days that explain exactly what they are doing as they do it so you know what's happening!

We were traveling through NH/Vermont when our windshield cracked. They were able to schedule us within a few days of calling them despite this being the busy holiday season, and the job was done very efficiently. They were extremely friendly and helpful too. Dean was awesome schedule was hectic and I had to reschedule a few times and he was completely understand. As well as he was very understanding and gave me a great deal for the installment. Been going here since right after they opened.I know almost everyone there and they're great people who unlike a lot of people nowadays take pride in their work. Horrible customer service. Tech would not install window after keeping my car all day because no payment was left (billed thru insurance company. Then I was lied over the phone to by the receptionist. I would go anywhere but there again. Good luck if you do go with them. Count on a full day and crap customer service
