Adan's Auto Glass

We had a windshield replaced on our Toyota FJ Cruiser. Before the service I spoke to the owner about the cowls because the have to be removed in order to put in the windshield.. The guy replaced the windshield but reused the clips which are one use only, so the cowl is loose. He also damaged my drip channel molding and denied that he did it. Very poor service !! I gave him a chance to resolve the issues and he tried to talk down to me . He is has a very poor attitude. He threatened to call the police on me when I went to discuss the issues with him. Don’t be fooled by this guy ! I called back after our conversation escalated and his daughter was still trying to make excuses. I even bought him the clips for the cowl and he has no interest in fixing the problems. They try to blame us for wanting the work done right . Do yourself a favor and use some one else . He also cut the wire to our remote start and claims it wasn't properly installed but, it was installed by Toyota dealership. I’ve used Adan’s both on my personal vehicle as well as on my business’s fleet vehicles so I’ve done a fair amount of business with them and always been a fan until now. I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt that they are out of business because I have called, texted and even sent an inquiry on their website (probably ten or more attempts in all over the last three months) with no contact from them. What makes it worse is they had ordered a windshield for me five months ago and I patiently waited almost two months for it to arrive (at no fault of Adan’s, it was a hard to get windshield) but I was told the day before install that it broke during shipping. I was disappointed but it was no fault of theirs so I politely asked if they can get another one on order and they said they did. Fast word three months and I can’t get ahold of them. I’d highly recommend people call someone else.

This company has been the worst company to deal with. We made an appointment on Monday for a windshield replacement. They quote us $300. Which we thought it was perfect since our insure indicated the maximum it could be charged was$495. They came today and after changing the windshield they charged us $595. A 100 dollars more that the maximum the insurance indicated and200 more from the original quote. When we told them they indicated that was the charge and if we did not agree they will take the new windshield and put back the old one. Since we did. Not agree they installed the old windshield I worst condition of what it originally was. Now we have to make another appointment but at least is with a more honest company that this. Don’t use Adan’s auto glass they are dishonest.

I called on a Saturday morning with and emergency. Our son had his passenger side window busted out when he was parked at his apartment building in downtown Salt Lake City. I spoke with Alex, he was professional and could replace it the same day. Alex made sure to get the window from the warehouse, it closed at noon on Saturday. He gave me his direct number. Even called me back to make sure they had the correct year of the car. They took care of everything and even vacuumed up all the glass inside, all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this team! Thank you again Alex! You were absolutely amazing and a lifesaver. We live In Idaho and our worries were taken away after I got off phone with Alex.

If you got the time to wait for other glass shop appointments and just a little bit more money. You would be better off. Fair price, a little better then competitors. But after install my driver side window I had a gap at the window and air was leaking through. After multiple phone calls of trying to get it fixed and then having to wait an hour at the shop to be told to come another day. When they finally were able to work on my car. They told me that they didn't know how to fix it and to go to another place. They offered to take the window and give me a refund of $100, which is way less then half of what I paid for the window and service and I would have had no driver window.

These guys are very professional and fast. I am company driver with freightliner cascadia and they have indoor garage large enough to pull me in for service. Could fit 2 or even 3 semi truck at same time. There was zero wait time. 01/21/25. @1030. They do coach, rv and bus glass too. Very nice and new facility. Will have to bobtail if tractor trailer. Not very much room to park trailer on facility. Would have to risk it while frustrating other business tenants in the area if dropping trailer while being serviced. Can see this place being booked out with zero work-ins for weeks in the near future so don’t be surprised if seeing this review years from now.

We are visiting SLC, and unfortunately we got hit by a metal debris in the freeway. We tried calling every auto glass company in the surrounding area and everyone turned us away. We got quoted by Safelite Auto Glass for around $1,200 to get the job done but have to wait 4 days to get it installed. Knowing we have to travel back 300 miles away on the next day and we had kids in the truck. We called AAG and he immediately got us scheduled 2 hrs after I called them and they charged us almost 60% off by any other dealer. He uses Pilkinsten which is also my stock Toyota Truck windshield factory. Thank you guys for helping us get back on the road!

Wow! Excellent customer service and great work. Adan repaired our windshield on a Sunday afternoon after a large object hit our windshield while on a road trip from California to Yellowstone. He was friendly and super efficient. There was also a nice candy store that accompanies his repair shop. My kids were happy to sit in their air conditioned lounge, enjoying candy and ice cream while Adan expertly repaired our windshield. The price was great too! I accidentally called this place thinking it was located in Ogden. When I found out my mistake I went ahead and kept the appointment. I am so glad I did. Not to sound overly excited about windshields, but really this place is top notch. Give me a small family owned business any day over those places that feel more like a used car lot. Great local business! Called them on the way into town, owner asked me to text my vin number. He immediately got back to me to let me know he had a windshield for my Jeep in stock! No appointment needed, he just had us come straight in. Waited in the little waiting room to their office while they replaced the windshield. The entire visit took less than an hour. They were friendly, quick and did a great job! Price was unbeatable!! Highly recommend over the other chain businesses for windshield replacement!!
