My experience was one of efficiency, quality, and convenience. I can’t say enough good things! Matt was so patient and committed when working with me. There was some confusion about the location I was at and he went five minutes in the wrong direction at first, but never even blinked an eye. He never got frustrated and worked at it with me until we cleared up the mix up and came straight to me. He was an absolute delight to work with, 15/10 would call again. It’s so convenient! Normally any services or appointments require me to take time off in my 9-5 schedule, but they just came right to where I worked. All it took was a fifteen minute break and my part was complete. I trusted my car in his hands, and after work I walked out to find my dinky, old, beloved car with a spiderwebbed windshield looking all pampered and happy again. And Matt even in such a short time had already displayed such a strength of character that I didn’t even think twice at leaving him unsupervised with my belongings. I chose Specialized Auto Glass to replace a broken windshield on my 2010 Honda Pilot. I chose them because they had good reviews, the lowest price, and could come in 2 days, as opposed to longer like every other shop I called. My experience was excellent! The technician, Mark, was punctual, professional, and personable, but most importantly, a master of his craft. He immediately noticed that the windshield to be replaced was installed with incorrect molding (it was replaced about 7 years ago by a different auto glass company in Salt Lake County that has since closed several of its locations...). He warned me that once he removed the broken windshield, it was probable that he would find rust underneath on the vehicle’s frame. He was right. He used a grinder to carefully remove the rust and then applied a sealant to prevent it from returning. He then installed the new windshield with the correct molding. He did not charge extra for the rust removal but honored the original price quote, despite the extra work. I really appreciate the fantastic service and highly recommend Specialized Auto Glass!

The entire appointment was the best auto glass experience I've ever had, hands down. Matthew called ahead, showed up on time, was thorough, informative, professional and fast. I didn't know this when I scheduled my appointment, but the last people to install my windshield several years ago (a nationally-known company) had done such a terrible job that the frame was rusting behind the glass (they were just being lazy, and knew that by the time I figured out the damage they had done to my vehicle, they'd be long gone). Matthew didn't even have to tell me about it - he could've just installed the windshield over it, and gotten on with his day. But he pointed out the damage, and even took extra time to correct it (it'll need to go to a body shop to be completely fixed, but Matthew did a great job cleaning it up and protecting it). This is what "above and beyond" refers to. This is the only place I'll use from now on.

Mark was very friendly when i called for a quote and incredibly accommodating when making my appointment. He also answered my questions about my rear liftgate window thst sometimes leaks.The price he quoted me was significantly less than Safelite. The installer, Matt, communicated with me the day of my appointment and let me know when he was running behind and kept me updated as to when he would be there. Very pleasant and professional and his coworker (his cute dog) was very sweet too. The whole process took less than 45 minutes start to finish and my windshield was identical to my factory installed that they replaced. I had an amazing experience with Specialized Auto Glass! I needed my front windshield replaced so I called a bunch of places based on good local reviews and there is a reason Specialized Auto Glass has a five star rating! They offered the best quote. They were able to come out next day. The guy that came out, Matt, was on time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable AND he had already mapped out the area before he met me so he knew exactly where he wanted me to park so he could safely do his job in our Covid world! Also they offer a one year warranty which includes patching up any windshield rock dings for free. I was very impressed with everything about them. I am thoroughly impressed by the work and customer service of technician, Matt Day. Matt not only did the job that he was tasked to do which of course was to replace the windshield -- but he also identified damaged and or missing parts and pieces that needed to be prepared. If he would have just said "the job is done, you're good to go" I would have been pleased. But instead he chose to "wow" me by providing a complete recap of what he did and what things to be mindful of. His knowledge was very noticable and his sincere desire to provide a good experience was also very apparent. In a world where customer service is either lackluster or non existent -- I was amazed that Matt delivered truly world class service. Well done Matt!

I'm extremely satisfied with the service that was offered. I read the reviews on here and decided to give them a call, the whole experience was great. The extremely competitive prices, and the quality of the work done, not mention the guarantee are all reasons that I highly recommend that you should give these people a call. I worked with Mark and I highly recommend him on his own. Cool guy. He was fast, efficient, and very polite. He explained to me the damage that was caused by the last person who installed the windshield (We bought the car used) and did the best he could to repair it. Mark, the guy I spoke to on the phone was super helpful and very easy to help me get the correct services I needed. The tech that came out was Tyler was absolutely fantastic. Dude was awesome. Totally would recommend this to everybody in the Salt Lake area hands-down the best windshield replacement company in Utah. Best prices best customer service, couldn’t ask for any thing else these guys know what they’re doing and will help you get back on the road Tyler is awesome for getting it done super fast as well. Less than 30 minutes and I was able to drive. Also the tech drove out to my apartment and did it right there,didn’t have to travel to their shop. If I could give 100 stars I would.

I've used several different auto glass companies in the Salt Lake Valley and Specialized is by far the best I've come across. Booking the appointment was fast and simple, and the receptionist was super sweet and fun to talk to. They were able to come out and replace my windshield within 2 days of me booking, which was super convenient as I am about to leave on a road trip! My tech was Matt, and he was awesome! It was evident that he was very experienced at replacing glass, and was professional and super friendly. I am really impressed by the quality of work. We had a difficult time finding someone who could replace our large RV windshield in Utah. Our insurance company couldn't find someone who was able to replace it and the two local RV shops we contacted recommended us to a large national vendor who wasn't able to help us. Mark was experienced with our unique windshield and was able to help us out. I was also impressed by his communication on the day of the installation. He kept us updated throughout the day letting us know he was running on time. Usually you only hear from someone when they tell you they are going to be late. I would certainly recommend his services.
