My son recently lost his car in an accident where he was hit while stopped at a red light by a distracted driver. The insurance gave us some money to replace the vehicle and we wanted to find something affordable and safe. We looked at dealerships, Facebook, and KSL and that is how we found Rony at Low Cost Auto. The car we found for my son was a 2019 Honda with all of the modern safety features. The car looks great and drives great. It had only 50 thousand miles on it, and is in mechanically perfect condition. This was easily the best car at the most affordable price we could find in weeks of looking. My son loves it. Low Cost Auto sells a small number of cars, and is also a full service body shop. They purchase totaled cars with cosmetic damage only and fix them in their own shop and then resell them at an affordable price. Most people who are looking for used cars want to avoid damaged cars because they think they won't work well. Low Cost Auto have been doing this for a long time and they won't buy any cars with mechanical or any safety concerns. Cars can be totaled for being sideswiped or rear ended, or minor front bumper damage that sets off an airbag even if it is a low mileage vehicle with nothing mechanically wrong with it at all. Rony will show you pictures of the car with the damage before they fixed it, he will be completely transparent about what they did and didn't fix, and if you have any problems within the first month of owning the car, they will fix it, no questions asked, even if it had nothing to do with the damage they repaired. They care about their customers and want them to be happy. One other great thing about doing business with this family, is there is no haggling or getting ripped off with extras or hidden fees. You can look at the price they are listing the car for, add on the state required taxes, and that is exactly what you will pay. Not one penny more. No doc fees, prep fees, bonus fees, NOTHING. I am buying my next car from them because I appreciate how they treat their customers.

I bought a 2013 Civic here with a rebuilt title. I have purchased rebuilt title cars in the past and I know it can be hit or miss. Ronny gives a 30 guaranty. I'll be honest I was a little skeptical about it but I chatted with him for a while and he seemed like a straight shooter. The car looked excellent with only around 40k miles on it. Sure enough about 2 weeks after I bought it I started hearing a little knock up in the front left part of the car. Suspension or steering I thought. In addition, it started to idle rough especially at stoplights. I called him and he told me to bring it in. We went for a test ride and almost immediately he could tell the rough idle was the EGR valve. He said he'd have to pull the wheel and take a look at the knock. Long story short - he replaced the EGR valve (not cheap btw) from another Civic he had and the knock was a loose piece in the strut. Fixed both free of charge and I was on my way! Car has been great ever since. More importantly he won my trust. My daughter will be driving soon and I'll definitely return to Ronny when it comes time to buy another car. There is lots of dishonesty in this industry, especially in rebuilt titles - but these guys do it right. He told me to come back even if I had problems after the 30 days and he'd help me out. You can tell he's interested in the long-term, not just making a quick buck.

I came to low cost auto repair in December 2019 to fix a dent in my front fender. Other places had quoted me an estimate of more than twice as much as low cost quoted me. I chose to have the work done here and the guys were really friendly and helpful. They even gave me a ride back home. The price of the fix was exactly the cost of the estimate, super affordable. And I love the work they did! My car looked perfect and the paint matched perfectly. He even did some little paint touch ups and other scratches I had on the car. They did the job quickly, in less than two days, and their communication with me was good. I was paying out of pocket, so I was so grateful for the low-cost, but the excellent service and work. I will come back here anytime my car need something. I have to admit, I was a little bit nervous when I first came here because the place is small and the estimate they gave me wasn’t extremely formal, but after seeing the whole process work out and how great my car looks at such a low cost, I couldn’t be happier .

Absolutely incredible company. I had some cosmetic damage on my 2019 Hyundai Sonata a couple of weeks ago. I went to many different auto repair places and they all quoted me over a $1000. Not this place, they fixed my car for an astonishing $400. When they first quoted me I was honestly a little skeptical but when I got a call to let me know its finished my car looked better than before it was damaged. If your wondering if you should trust this place, completely wipe that out of your mind. The answer is yes you can trust them with your vehicle. I will always come back to this place for any of my cars.

After reading the reviews for the business, I decided to give them a try. We had a minor dent in a rear fender of a Corolla. I didn't have time to get other estimates, so I can't compare their prices, but what they charged me seemed very reasonable. The owner of the shop is very nice. He provided me with a ride back home when I dropped off my car, which I really appreciated and saved me a little money I would have otherwise spent on Uber. The repair work looks great, and it was ready in about three days. It was completed about a month ago, and so far no problems.PositiveQuality, Value

They will lie straight to your face, salvaged cars that been totaled of collision multiple times as the carfax I paid for show. But they still deny it. The repairs are a joke and you can’t trust driving their vehicles. My rating is -0. The state should take action against these shady places filling Utah currently before someone dies of their greed and reckless behavior. I was misled by the reviews here, now I am sure these are not true and most probably fake accounts by the owners or people they know

I regret not asking the owner his name, but these men are incredible. My window got shot out on the street last night and other glass shops quoted me $250 and $380 to replace it with waits of two to three days. This shop literally took care of it in the time it took me to walk to Starbucks. They saved me hundreds of dollars and the majority of my day--since I did not have to wait. My ultimate review of them: good, fast, honest hardworking men who deserve your business.

Excellent experience with Low Cost Auto Body! I recently purchased a car from them and couldn't be happier. The staff was outstanding to work with throughout the process. The car I bought was in great shape, and the price was excellent - truly living up to their "low cost" name. If you're in the market for a quality used car at a great price, I highly recommend giving Low Cost Auto Body a visit. They've earned my trust and future business.

What a disappointment. I was looking forward to picking with repairs done to match the original condition, only to find sloppy work and missing bumper components. Issues i encountered were added bondo thickness and improper blending around contour lines and joints, missing bumper components, and rationiionizing and excuses for the poor quality work. It's true, you get what you pay for, and unfortunately, it wasn't worth it at the end.

Purchased a Honda Civic. Sold to me at at a fair price. Banded title. I was shown damage before repairs. They do good work. Looks like new and drives great. Gave me a 30 day warranty. Well I had a check engine light. Called Ronny. He and his crew came TO MY HOUSE the same day and replaced the sensor. Up and running again. Now that's what I call customer service. I'd buy from Low Cost Auto again. Thank you Ronny
