Hotshots Auto Glass

What a great experience! I ended up resorting to Hot Shots Auto Glass after Technaglass and Safelite were unable to help me find a new windshield for my 2008 Corvette. My windshield had an unnecessary option fitted to the windshield (and nobody knew what it was) that resulted in quotes from Technaglass and Safelite of nearly $1,000!! When I spoke to Nate on the phone, he was confident he knew what it was and that I didn't need it as my car was not fitted with the options to make use of the part on my windshield. As a result of his knowledge, I was out the door for only $450 and got high quality workmanship. They came out and looked at my car at my place of work to confirm the right windshield was purchased, and they had it installed the next day in less than 2 hours, with free mobile service, of course. I also received a free set of wiper blades. Great price and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely recommend Hot Shots to anybody in need of auto glass services.

The owner provides exceptional customer service! My initial install was great, they installed my new windshield the next day and provided mobile service. About a month after the install my rearview mirror fell off of the windshield after a long hot day. I was shocked, I had never seen this happen before. I called Hot Shots and the owner came out the next morning. The glue that was installed by the windshield manufacturer was faulty and the manufacturer does not offer a warranty on their product, so Hot Shots just took care of it! They removed the faulty glue and repaired my mirror. They reapplied the glue a few times just to make sure it was perfect. They did a great job and I really appreciate the level of service that they provide to their customers. This is the second windshield I have purchased from them; I have used other companies in between, but after my experience I will be their customer for life and I recommend them to everyone. Excellent Service!!!!! One of the last small business auto glass shops in the area so I was happy I had them replace my pitted auto glass instead of going with one of the big companies that uses cheap aftermarket glass. Hotshots uses the best glass out there. Just like factory glass, only better because they will repair rock chips for free. I called them expecting to have to wait a few days for them to get the glass and fit me in, but to my surprise they had the glass and replaced it the very next day. The owner of the company actually called my insurance company with me and stayed on the line to explain my situation and walked me through the entire process. Made it so easy and painless. You can't get better glass, better prices, or better service anywhere else. No hidden fees like the other guys. The price quoted was the price I paid, period. I will only use Hotshots Auto Glass from now on for all my auto glass needs and HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do too.

I called Hotshots at 9:04am. I got a voicemail that said leave a message or text that same number and leave a detailed message of my repair needs. I thought to myself, "I'm probably just wasting my time." I mean, I've never thought a business that said it opened at 9am would direct me to a voicemail. Within 5 minutes my call was returned, my details were taken, and by noon my windshield was repaired with mobile service. Nate, the owner is a good and honest person. Although I don't want to have to do windshield repair again, Hotshots is the first and only place I will call if the need were to ever arise again. I have tried getting a hold of Hotshot on multiple occasions for a year now about a rock chip in my windshield. I called five times in one week and left voicemails, by the next week their voicebox was full. I never received a call back, which brings me to present day googling their business and it shows they are open and even responded to a bad review of not being able to get a hold of them. They responded with apologies, and added their phone number, which has been disconnected. Hotshot was highly recommended to me when i needed to replace my windshield, and I was not disappointed with their service. Hotshots has got to be the one of the best companies I've ever dealt with, period. They installed a windshield and rear window for a classic car that I own and to be honest I think under charged me for the work. Do to the nature of old cars and using new reproduction gaskets they never go in that easy. But after two different windshields and a decent gasket that I provided they got the windshield installed leak free. They also installed the rear window which did have a few leaks but in their defense they did it in the winter and the rear window didn't have a gasket from the factory only a butyl rubber bead. When it got hot the window slid down but they came out as soon as my wife called to fix it. Any window new car or old I know who I need to call.

Based on the good reviews, I tried to hire HotShots to replace my windshield. I called them 4 times over the course of about 6 hours today. Each time, I got a recorded message. "We're sorry, no one is available to take your call. Goodbye." No option to leave a message, no alternative ways to contact them. If I can't even reach the company when trying to pay them to do work on my truck, how can I ever expect to reach them if I have a problem or warranty claim? Being able to get ahold of a company, or at the VERY least, leave a message and get a call back, is such a basic requirement that's it's unforgivable when they don't meet that basic requirement.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I had an appointment for the afternoon to get a rock chip repaired. They were running late so the tech called me to let me know they would be a bit later than expected. They also ended up giving me the rock chip repair for free since they were later than they stated they would be. Even though I spent my entire afternoon waiting for them their sincerity and caring attitude about the importance of my time was worth waiting for. There are so many companies that don't have this kind of work ethic anymore. I will highly recommend hotshots to everyone for any product or service with confidence knowing that those I care about will be taken care even when "life" happens.

I have used another autoglass repair shop all my life. I just moved to this area and called around and read reviews for autoglass repair companies. The person that helped me on the phone to setup my appointment tipped the scales for me since they were very professional and showed sincerety in wanting to help and provide top notch service. As long as I'm in the area, these guys have earned my business. I'm used to taking my car to a shop, but for the same price, these guys came to my house and had my windshield replaced in about 20 minutes. They did a phenomenal job, were super fast and price was very competitive so I only have positive to report.

Came to my work, only took half an hour to change out my windsheild! Was very careful when driving my car to an ideal location to change out the window and even put it back in my parking spot before passing my keys off to me. I gave him a tip and he double checked with me that i meant to. I had cash but they have a card reader for cards as well! Service was extremely friendly and they didn't charge extra for the drive out. Cheapest rate i could find as well and the glass is so clear i can't tell i even have a window!! Overall amazing service, i won't go to anyone else for glass changes from here on out!
