Prime Auto Glass Riverton

Needed a driver side door window replaced, Got a quote for a little under $400 for installation, rough but inflation is a given. Took my truck in to get the window replaced and they told me I needed a new window regulator because they cant get it to roll down to access the attachment point for the glass. My window regulator works fine they just didn't know how to clear out the glass shards to allow it to roll down. You can literally hear it working and getting caught in glass and getting stuck. For an auto glass replacement company this is absolutely pitiful, Instead of just doing their job and clearing the regulator of glass shards they told me I needed to replace the entire regulator and then bring it back in for them to attach the window, At that point why wouldn't I just do it myself seeing as how I'd be replacing the entire mechanism (Which doesn't need to be replaced and works fine) They also somehow managed to break my built in handle on my door panel, Fantastic, something new to fix too! Going to safelite, This is a terrible auto glass replacement company they have no idea what their doing.

I am appalled that this company is in business. I scheduled an appointment to have a technician come to my home for a windshield replacement on my vehicle. Shortly after my scheduled time I received a text my appt had been cancelled. I called their shop to find out why they cancelled and they told that I had missed my appointment and very quickly reminded me of the non refundable deposit. I told the technician that my appointment was for them to come to my home not for me to go to their shop. He told me they didn’t have my address and they wouldn’t have been able to come to my home. I tried to remind him of the call I made to him when I scheduled my appointment but he would not let me speak and spoke over the top of me the entire time. I was extremely upset because the vehicle needed to be inspected and registered the following day. The only good thing that came out of this was he refunded me my "nonrefundable" deposit. However, in doing so he told me "to find someone else that would come to my home."

I just had my 2017 VW Jetta in for window tint. I work for a premium auto parts supplier of European automotive repair shops. We have a very discerning clientele, with top notch customer focused business models. I have to say that Julio, and his team at Prime Auto Glass is that type of business. They delivered a flawless result!! The attention to detail, and instructions for maintaining the aperance of my tint. Was very helpful, they even put tape over the window buttons. So that you won't accidentally roll down the window while the tint is cureing. The waiting room is very comfortable and Julio even checked in to offer bottled water. Prices are reasonable, payment by card or cash welcome! Thank you Julio you absolutely 💯% earned my business and admiration!!

Made and appointment and was told at that time the rock chip repair would take 20-25 minutes. When I arrived I checked in and I was told it would 40-45 minutes. After the rock chip repair I checked it and it didn’t even look like it had been filled in. I could still feel the chip too. When I asked about it the woman at the counter was reluctant to have the technician look at at with me. The technician didn’t speak English so I couldn’t communicate my concerns to him. The woman at the counter was translating but I feel like neither of them cared about my concerns. I won’t be going back or referring anyone to this auto glass company

I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for a rock chip repair. I show up for the appointment and they tell me they can’t work on it for another 3 hours. Very poor customer service. No phone call to let me know they were behind. They told me on the phone that the rock chip repair takes less than a hour. What good is an appointment with this company?? People make appointments because they don’t want to sit around all day wasting time at the their shop for a simple rock chip repair. The lady at the desk had no customer service skills. Very disappointed. I will not recommend them to any of my friends.

Pau handled the entire process of getting my warranty services to cover the cost, Julio got me scheduled, and the tech that came to my house was super professional and quick. He also helped my wife carry some boxes up 3 flights of stairs while I was out of the house. I’ve honestly never had a company do their entire job so well! I had a great experience with Prime Auto Glass for my windshield replacement. Their pricing was very competitive, significantly lower than other shops in the area, and they had a $70 off promotion for February. The team was friendly, easy to work with, and kept me updated throughout the process. The replacement was done in about two hours and they did a fantastic job with no air or water leaks at all. I’ll definitely be returning for future services and highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass work.

I contacted Prime Riverton to replace 2 windshields and do a rock chip repair. Communication was good and I was able to get mobile sevice the next business day. Manuel came out, on time and got right to work. The replacements seemed to go well and Manuel worked very quickly. The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is I had to work with my insurance, the chip repair had no reimbursement warranty and the Tech didn't speak any English so resolving concerns during and directly after the replacement was not efficient.

Why would I go anywhere else? I have plenty of bad stories from some other local windshield repair shops. Totally different experience here. I called and spoke with Julio yesterday, at lunch. He located the windshield I wanted, same day. Was ready when he said he would be. Finished when he said he would finish. Was friendly. Has a clean shop, pleasant employees. He seems to be doing everything right. It's rare these days to find someone who runs a business like this. I highly recommend going here.

Had mine and my wife’s windows tinted here. My wife drives an SUV and I drive a crew cab truck. They did a great job and the ceramic tint makes a big difference with the sun and heat. I would recommend you pay the extra money and do the ceramic tint if you are trying to decide between that and the regular tint.
