If you arent one to generally stay in one spot especially for the day they are available, for a 5 hour window dont bother. Completely unsympathetic they wasted your time too. They will schedule you for this window and tell you they are there "whenever they get there". Theyre not able to tell you anything about when they might show up in that 5 hour window. Maybe theyre great if youre sitting around somewhere for 5 hours, otherwise they dont have a moment for you, their scheduling system is a mess. Paid safelite a few bucks more than they quoted me, but the way that I see it, I just paid for a better customer experience.ServicesService not listed

Called them yesterday to have my windshield replaced. We were scheduling a mobile replacement at my home. The lady started rattling off a bunch of times for me to choose so I told her I would take the 8am to get it done and over with. We even discussed about finding my home,is it accessible from both sides etc so she knew it was a mobile service. So about 8:40 nobody showed up so I called only to be told they don't schedule mobile service and they would be here anytime including up to 12 noon. Need to train all your Employees on your scheduling,wasted my time! thanks for nothing!

I called them on a Friday afternoon, they said they'd be at my work first thing Monday morning, and they were! They came to me at no extra charge, which I very much appreciated, and their technician was absolutely fantastic. The price they quoted me was over $100 cheaper than what I was quoted elsewhere. I had initially been wary because I hadn't seen any Google reviews of their service, but I am more than happy and so I thought I'd be the first! I will absolutely be referring my friends here.

Great price and very helpful service when I talked to them on the phone. Their mobile service was also very convenient and the quality was great. I’ll definitely use their service again in the future. Update: just a few weeks after getting a windshield replacement, I got a rock chip in my windshield. Because it was a windshield from Glasshopper, they fixed my rock chip for free! Still very satisfied with them and I will continue to use them for any future replacements/repairs.

Called to see when they could do windshield, got a price with my insurance deductible and the coupon I received in the mail, girl on the phone was either having a bad day or not very nice. called back to schedule after getting my wife's availability, same girl, decided she is terrible talking to customers! got a different price so going to safelite.

Glasshopper has repaired the windows in my cars more than three times- and the service has always been excellent! The convenience of not having to drive the car in is what makes them my #1 for glass repair. The price is always low and the techs are always helpful.

They did an excellent job! They were very accommodating, their price was extremely fair, and the finished product looked perfect. I have a unique car with special glass, and they made extra effort to come to my personal residence on a Saturday to replace it.

These guys were awesome. They came to my work and got the job done within in an hour, and they worked great with my insurance company. They’re quick and easy to work with, James is a great tech! Highly recommend them.

The guy was really quick to do the work. But the window wasn’t sealed properly and now water leaks from the top. I am having to have them come back out this week and will update my review based off of that work.
