Dont use this company! They may be more inexpensive than other glass companies but the old saying "You get what you pay for" exemplifies our experience with Glass America. The technician told my husband he had 19 years of experience yet he scratched the top of our car and took the paint of in spots. When he came to look at it he tried to tell me it was like that beforehand. My husband is a mechanic and when we bought the car he went over every inch of it so we know for a fact it wasn't like that before. So Instead of taking responsibility for his sloppy work he basically tossed a 50$ Visa gift card at me and called it good. Considering we could have pushed for having it buffed out and touched up, HE GOT OFF EASY! Then a couple days later my husband noticed he had taken the clips that hold the plastic protector under the hood off and just DECIDED OR FORGOT TO NOT PUT THEM BACK ON!!! SLOPPY, LAZY AND VERY LITTLE ETHICS. Perhaps if the car had been a 2021 Mercedes he would have chose to be careful not to scratch the paint and would have made a mental note to put the parts of the vehicle back the way they were. I guess he figured a 2012 Nissan Altima wasn't worth at least a decent work ethic. Like I said....Dont use this company!NegativeQuality, ProfessionalismServicesAuto windshield replacement

I made an appointment on a conference call between my insurance and Glass America. I made it 10 days out. It was scheduled for a Monday. I got a voicemail on Friday at 11:00 saying that they no longer service my area in Orem (6 days after making the appointment) and wanted me to reschedule to bring my car to Salt Lake. I called back and got voicemail. I left a message and did not get a call back. I called Monday Morning (time of the appointment) and the number I was given in the message still went to voicemail. I found another number on the internet and the lady who answered said they do not service Orem anymore and did not have an answer as to why the appointment was made. Changed my appointment to Prime Auto Glass in Provo and received a much better customer service experience.NegativePunctuality

I (unfortunately) have had to have my windshield replaced a few times throughout the years & I have to say, this has been my best experience yet. Great customer service, super friendly, & came to my house. • Not only did they call me in a super timely manner to set up an appointment, but someone else followed up with me to make sure I’d been contacted. • They have a system where you make an initial appointment window, but then will call you the morning of to give you a better time estimate & then again when they are almost there. • Once they got to my home, they guy was insanely friendly and didn’t take hardly any time at all to replace my windshield.

Can't say enough good things about Andrew at Glass America. We had been referred to him by our insurance company for a small rock chip repair. He immediately answered my call and gave me the option of either coming to our home in Heber or him coming to where my husband works in Lehi to take care of it in the parking lot. His turn around was fast and the work was fantastic. In the past when we had a chip repair done (out of state), you couldn't tell it had even been fixed but Andrew explained why that happens and thankfully his repair looked fantastic. We will definitely be using him in the future.

I got a verification of my appointment made online so I took the day off and waited for their phone call. I got an email at 4:00 in the afternoon asking if I’d like to have my replacement done. She then told me they don’t have the windshield in stock and would have to ship it from another state, taking 10 business days. She also claimed not to have my full phone number even though I provided it at the time I booked the appointment.

I called Friday for an appointment and was told I would receive a call Monday. Monday came around and I never got a call. I called to ask what was happening and was told their technician tried to leave a voicemail to reschedule. I've had my phone on me all morning and never got a phone call from them. I was rescheduled automatically to a time I wasn't available. Bad service from my experience.

I definitely recommend this place. It was super convenient and affordable, and both Rhett AND Justin were amazing. Every part of the process made me feel confident and at ease. I’m so relieved it wasn’t a headache to get it all done! Absolutely the best experience! I spent an hour looking for a specific windshield with no luck. Then I got ahold of Steve at Glass America- not only did he have the windshield I needed, but he was super friendly and quick to get me on the schedule. Rhett came out and installed it (for free) and had it done in 30 minutes! Glass America will definitely be my first call next time.
