I worked with Jeff at the Centerville location. He was awesome. I needed a new windshield for my older class A motorhome. He took a personal interest to help me with the insurance company. The last time I needed a windshield replaced, I used Safelite. While Safelite was convenient, the quality of the work was very disappointing. Globs of glue were showing inside the car, and the border outside the car was not cleanly done either. This time, I decided to find a local shop that did the work in-house (rather than coming to your location), figuring the controlled work environment would lead to better quality. Precision Windshield Repair was the closest local shop to me. I stopped by this past Tuesday to order the windshield, and had it installed today, Thursday. It appears that this is a one-man operation, run by Craig. He did an excellent job, and finished the work on time - he estimated 3-4 hours, and my car was ready to pick up at 3.5 hours. The replacement windshield looks factory to me. There's no glue blobs showing on the inside, and the outside trim looks perfect. I paid under $400, all said and done, which was less than my insurance deductible. While taking your car to a shop rather than having the shop come to you is less convenient, it was well worth it for the quality and the price was right. I highly recommend going with Craig @ Precision!

Wanted to find local shop to replace my windshield. Found this place on Maps. Craig was pleasant and professional. Could get windshield as soon as next day. Came in a bit after he opened at 0800. Quoted time for labor and to allow new glass to set: 3 hours for me. He was done right on time. Called my insurance company to file claim, they talked a bit with Craig, I paid him my deductible, and I was out the door. My insurance company likes to tout a large windshield replacement chain as their "preferred" provider, but this little shop happened to be a preferred provider as well. Support small business. The personal service makes for a good day.

Craig replaced the windshield on my old Jeep with a factory windshield, had the parts delivered and installed within a day. There was a minor issue with the gaskets not seating properly after install, and he was quick to remedy the issue. Lastly, a week after the replacement was installed a rock chipped the new windshield, and Craig filled in the chip in half an hour for a minimal cost. Great service, and would recommend anyone needing windshield repairs or replacements to his business!

Incredible service and extremely fair pricing. I had 2 rock chips and the popular brand windshield repair company quoted me a ridiculous price. Debris on the highway made my windshield irreparable and required replacement. Precision Windshield Repair had great reviews and was a local business, so I decided to give it a shot. Craig was as friendly and professional as other reviews have stated and the cost of the new windshield was right on the mark. I think Craig works hard to run a solid business and treat his customers fairly. In my opinion, he succeeds and I recommend his business.

Picked up a rock chip in I15. Asked Google for repair shops and precision w/p popped up just 2 mins from me. And they had 5 stars. I can see why. Craig dropped everything and got to work on it right away because I didn't have a way to leave it with him. He did a great job and even helped me file a claim with my insurance. Needed a windshield for my '98 Honda Civic and not only did the owner have it in no time at all - a Little over 24 hrs. - He even beat the online quote I got from Techniglass by $50! I will refer any windshield business to these guys cause there willingness to work with me, the care they took to remove/install my windshield and the quick turn around so I could get back on the road. Absolutely horrific. I had a scheduled appointment at 11AM. No one was there, door was locked. I called and called no one answered. After 40 minutes I left. Sign said open. It’s been over an hour and still no one has called. I drove half an hour for this appointment- what a waste of time. There were other people waiting too. We all gave up.
