Cannot say enough how wonderful these guys were to work with. Called for a quote and they were cheaper than anywhere else I had called. I told them it was hard for me to hear, so they zipped me a text. We got my appt set-up via text, cleared with my insurance, and they came to my house to do the glass swap. I was very impressed at their ability to work with my insurance to get me the best rate. Definitely didn't find that customer service at any other shop!! A huge rock chipped my window one morning and it was so big I wasn't sure if it could be repaired. I looked online to find a rock chip repair company. Most other repair places were going to cost much more and I had to schedule online without actually talking to a real person. I called You Know Us Auto Glass and I talked to a real person who was able to come to my home in about an hour after I called. He was very hard working, knowledgeable and fast at repairing one of the worst rock chips he had seen. He warned me that because the chip was near the defrost, it the repair might not last. If it cracked, he would replace the windshield minus the cost of the repair. Such integrity! (By the way, this was last month and even though we've driven it in snow and cold weather with the defroster on, our windshield is still looking great) Thanks, You Know Us Auto Glass! You took great care of us and you have to look very closely to even tell where the windshield was damaged.

You Know Us was awesome! I called and got a quote on 2 windshield replacements. Then I did an online quote for with another larger company and one of them was more than double the other quote. So I called back and made the appointment. Then a couple days later we decided to do our third car also and they fit all three in on the same day. They came to my house on a Saturday and got all three vehicles taken care of. There were a couple spots where the rubber surrounding the window looked a little beat up, but I didn't pay attention to what it looked like before. Overall, they were quick, efficient, easy to work with, and much cheaper than anyone else so I would definitely go through them again in the future!

Cannot recommend enough. I got a HUGE rock chip on my way to California that required a full replacement. My insurance did not cover it, but You Know Us came to my house and quickly replaced my windshield for an amazing price. Fast forward three days, I somehow receive another chip that turned into a 10-inch crack within a few hours. I called You Know Us, they came out within a few hours, and even though it couldn’t be replaced by the manufacturer, they went in and stopped the cracked and filled it in to the point you can barely see it without being asked. “You know us” did a great job replacing the windshield on my vehicle. I got a big rock chip while driving on the freeway that immediately sent two cracks half way up the windshield right in front of my face. Jeff has a great team who got my replacement windshield ordered right away, got me scheduled for the replacement, got the insurance details taken care of, and got me back using my vehicle in just a few hours. I can’t say enough about how professional and prompt they were, even though I know they had a lot of work already scheduled and customers coming in and out the whole time I was there. Thanks Jeff!

I called about 2 hours before close today to repair some rock chips in my windshield. The kind gentleman answered the phone quickly, and I was able to get in immediately on pulling up. Repair only took about 25 minutes from the time I arrived and left, and the price was so reasonable. You can use your insurance if necessary. My windshield is fixed now, it looks brand new (which is great because it got chipped twice after being replaced 3 months ago) AND I have a new glass shop to use going forward. I need to give a shout out to You Know Us Auto Glass! We had to have Mikes windshield replaced and our insurance referred us to You Know Us Auto Glass! They were amazing to work with! They came to the house and took care of it so I didn’t have to take off work and go into their shop! Great customer service all around and a super easy process! Would totally use them again and refer to family and friends! Thank you Jeff and Casey for taking such good care of us!

These guys are absolutely amazing! I have gone through them at leave four (4) times already. Utah roads are simply horrible, and we get cracked windshields all the time. You know Autoglass are very accommodating to your schedule and will work with you. Best prices I have encountered, nobody can beat their prices.
