Called them on a Tuesday to have my windshield on my Colorado replace, they told me that they will be here on Thursday and called on Wednesday to have it done. Greater service and the technicians were friendly and courteous. The price was in my budget and they even came out to my residence and had installed properly within an hour. Highly recomend their services. UPDATE 08/14/2025: 8 years ago i use 1st Class Auto Glass and once again they have done it. Great job and done in about an hour they even had the order and 2 days later they came and did the outstanding Job thank you 1st Class Auto Glass. I highly recommend them to any body. Made a appointment to have a windshield replaced and a chip fixed on another vehicle. Waited a week for the appointment. I was supposed to be first appointment of the morning. Called when nobody showed up and was told my appointment was for anytime that day. Who makes an appointment of any time during the day? Someone with no life? So I got a bit upset. Then she says she will have the owner call because she is not sending her technician because I have a attitude. Called glass place in Quinlan. They are coming out way sooner and are way cheaper.

First Glass was there to fix my back windshield the very next day. His service was magnificent and his customer service was impressive. The price of the replacement was also impressive, while other companies wanted to charge me $400-$600, He only charged $300. I'm so appreciative of First Glass in Wills Point, you were truly a Blessing. I'd most definitely use him again and I'll also be telling my friends and family that need auto glass repair.

Highly recommend! They drove to Canton to replace the windshield on our ‘19 Accord. Very kind, honest people and they were quick to come out and do the repair. They offered cash, check and card payment options and informed us of the next steps to recalibrate the camera at the dealership which ended up being a lot cheaper than if we were to have it done at another replacement shop.
