Lovell's was easy and great to work with! I spoke with Keith several times, and he was always available to answer my questions. I contacted him to replace my windshield with the original no after market and he was able to get me in the following week! This was a huge relief as prior to this I was dealing with A1 Auto and it was a Nightmare!! They advised me that it would be 3 weeks to get the original windshield, I waited the 3 weeks then they called me and said the windshield was cracked and they needed to order another. Three weeks later I took time off from work dropped off my vehicle they called me a few hours later and said they couldn't find my windshield and offered to put an aftermarket windshield. I declined and took my business to Keith at Lowell's where I had no issues!! My windshield is perfect and without incident!! My son had a rock chip in his truck windshield. Then he hit his windshield with a soccer ball causing it to crack significantly. Anywho, he had 1 day to get it fixed before his college classes start again tomorrow. I called Lovell’s Auto Glass yesterday morning. After giving me our different options, Keith ordered the windshield, and scheduled the install for this morning. We dropped the truck off and went back an hour later to pick it up. New windshield installed less than 24 hours from when I called to inquire about options! Absolutely seamless experience and was $50 less than all the other quotes my son had received. Courtney in the office was very kind and helpful during drop off and pick up as well. I’m the worst about leaving reviews, but they definitely deserve this one! This place is awesome. Got my Semi Truck done next day. If anyone with a semi is rolling through the area and needs a windshield call these guys. Can guarantee you won’t get a better price. They get your glass in when you call and next day (for me it was morning brought it in at 0930 and was out a little after 1000) can replace your windshield in less than a hour. Theres 3 truck stops within 3 miles and all let you drop your trailer. I am super impressed they had my windshield done in less than a hour the very next day after I called them at literally almost a 1/3 of the price as some major windshield replacement companies. Very impressed.

Had an overnight stay in Amarillo woke up to a shattered rear passenger door window. Early morning and heading to Weatherford for the day. Read the great reviews and contacted Lovell Auto Glass intending to leave a message. Keith answered the early call and was helpful, polite and professional. Took vehicle information over the phone and ordered the glass to be delivered same day and set an appointment time. Glass was delivered and ready to install at appointment time. Efficient, fast, affordable and very professional service! So impressed and grateful for the service and help. Very well run business! Highly recommend!

Keith was great throughout the entire process! He answered all of my questions via email with a quick respond time, handled my insurance and got me scheduled for my windshield replacement asap. He replaced the windshield and calibrated my safety features. The process was seamless and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. After weeks of contacting several shops close to our home to fix our passenger side car window and being disregarded by them we found Lovell’s and it was the best customer service experience we have had from any repair shop by far. Our appointment was even sooner than our local shops and as soon as we walked in his office we were greeted politely and everything was explained as far as what we could expect from his service. The price was phenomenal and it was a quick fix. We will definitely be bringing our cars here when we need their services and highly recommend them!

I've had both a windshield repaired and replaced here. Keith makes you feel comfortable when talking about repairing or replacing your auto glass, and he was great about explaining why my windshield replacement was not cheap (replacement of Lane Keeping sensors, and subsequent calibration requirements). The facilities are clean and professional and even has WiFi to use while you wait. Extremely friendly and timely service. I was able to set an appointment within 2 days, and the work was done in a timely manner. He treated my car like it was his own. This guy is a fellow car enthusiast, and treated both me and my car with the utmost respect. The waiting room was clean and inviting, and even had refreshments while I waited. What a great experience. My wife’s rearview mirror popped off her windshield after just purchasing the car. Owner fit me into his schedule, bonded the equipment back into place in a timely fashion, and proceded to shake my hand and say ‘all good’. He could’ve easily charged me or put me at the back of the line… But instead he took care of my simple need during his busy day. Wanted to keep my money close to home. Reached out to Keith on a Wednesday, gave me a very fair price within minutes. To round it all off he came to my house and put in the windshield that Friday.
