Let me start by saying how convenient this is, to have your windshield replaced at home!!! I couldn't be happier with my windshield replacement with A&D AUTO GLASS. Came to my house this morning and did an amazing job on my Range Rover. I know some of us would never trust a small business or company to do any work for our cars, but I 100% recommend this company. They are polite, strong work ethic, ON TIME, and very professional. They get the job done quick! Had many other quotes and they got me the lowest price with fast TAT! My windshield has rain sensor,solar coating,acoustic interlayer,fully heated,LDWS. Also needed to be calibrated. Windshield looks great and everything looks and functions and as if came from factory. Spoke with Allen and was very impressed with his knowledge as well as his professionalism. This is customer service that we as a society is in desperate need of. He was able to get me headed in the right direction with more confidence than I had prior. Took time to explain the every detail I had questions about. Please keep in mind I have been trying to find a glass repair shop that could help me for the last few days. Speaking to at least 12 shops and every time I explained my glass repair needs I envisioned a puppy turning his head back and forth. Not one shop had the knowledge or said they would call back and didn't. I will drive no matter the distance to Allen with A&D just because I know that I couldn't be in better hands. Had a fantastic experience with this family owned and operated company. Answered my questions, gave me price differences between OEM and aftermarket glass, and confirmed the appointment time. They showed up promptly, removed the cracked windshield, and installed the new one (while making sure my registration and toll tag stickers were placed correctly on the new windshield) efficiently and quickly. They gave me post installation instructions also. Great value and service for the money, and extremely competitive pricing, especially compared to much larger companies. I have no qualms recommending them to family and friends, and will use them in the future.

I’d recommend A&D all day long!! Kind men who made me feel comfortable considering my husband was at work with kids and animals running all over the place. They vacuumed all of the broken glass and cleaned everything up for me. Absolutely gentlemen. Said ma’am everytime, even though they were eyeing our property when it was for sale 😉 we had a good time joking but the totally installation including clean up took about 30 minutes. Allen and his team did an amazing job. He was able to verify specifically what my car required. When I called back two days later to set up a date, Allen was able to quickly order my part and was able to actually come install on the same day! Alan was able to replace my windshield in one afternoon, and in my own driveway. I was pleased to find a glass man locally. They handled all the insurance paperwork for me and were very professional the entire time. They even cleaned up the bits of glass left behind in the car from the original impact. They did a great job repairing my two windshields that had rock chips. Mr. Allen Miles and his son did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.
