Outstanding service I called several times doing recon & gathering S2. They were patient & tolerant, answered all my questions & I was satisfied with the answers. The business is plainly visible from the road, the location is easy to get to with plentiful parking. The owner was accommodating & agreeable, allowing me to drop my car off when he opened & giving me a ride to work nearby. I was called to alert me that the work was done. When I arrived I paid & received written care instructions. The entire procedure was easy & hassle free. The workmanship was first class, indistinguishable from the original. The interior was clean & thus far their aren’t any apparent leaks; no wind noise, & I have every confidence that when Texas gets rain again (someday) it will be water tight. This has been a thoroughly professional job, & completely satisfactory. If I find myself in need of their services again, I have every confidence in their competence. Thank you kindly for the first rate help! PS, 3 months later: All's well, watertight & what you'd expect from a quality job by professionals.

We replaced our windshield at Aaction Auto Glass and couldn't be more impressed with the excellent customer service and quality work. They exceeded our expectations by a mile and a half. The old rearview mirror was almost falling off, with pieces missing and exposed wires going to the backup camera. When we picked up the car, it looked factory new! They found a bit of trim to cover the wires and properly secured our rearview mirror. Additionally, they informed me that they accidentally broke a piece of trim inside the car while replacing the windshield. They apologized and told me they already had the piece ordered and would replace it next time I was available to stop in. They could have just glued the trim piece back on and not told me, but they didn't. They ordered a new part and are doing everything they can to make it right. This is an honest, hard working group of people who care about their customers and do fine work.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I came in to get a small window chip fixed less than the size of a nickel. I paid and had them fill it, they told me it was good to go and would not spread. Literally two months later the whole thing cracks. I came back to let them know what happened and suddenly they can’t do anything to help and “there was never a promise it wouldn’t crack etc.” I am not paying $800+ for a windshield replacement because they didn’t take their time and make sure the crack was filled and sealed correctly. As soon as I got home my husband noticed their was air bubbles in the seal but I assumed they were professionals and knew what they were doing. If I could’ve gave them ZERO STARS I would’ve. I also called safelite afterwards who will be coming to my house to replace my windshield for $300 less than what I was quotes at AAction Auto Glass. What a joke.

I have been going to this company for years. Four vehicles to be exact. They are a great local company and I have always been satisfied with the quality of work and how polite and professional they have been toward myself and my husband. My reason for writing this review is this: I see them every year ( I get a chip in the windshield yearly) this time was different. I went in the young man said he could fix it and when it was time to pay, the owner told me I was good. I said, "I'm sorry excuse me?" He said you are fine and Merry Christmas. I was stunned and said thank you so much I really appreciate it. That is the kind of folks you will be dealing with in this business. They are awesome and made a bad morning turn into a great day! I recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the good work guys! Businesses like yours is hard to find nowadays!

Created an appointment with Aaction auto glass on the 5th of April for the 19th of April. Dropped my Jeep off the morning of the 19th Bobby said he would call when its ready. My father dropped his truck off at the same time. Same story will call when it's ready. Girl at the desk calls about 2 hours later and tells me both appointments were canceled by the insurance company. Obviously I am upset because we waited for these appointments for two weeks. Two different insurance companies and supposedly they were both canceled. "Called both companies neither canceled the appointment." Things escalated quite quickly when they were caught in a lie. Bobby stated he owned a mom and pop shop and he could refuse service to anyone. I took my keys and left. Beware owner Bobby doesn't always tell the truth. They have done well years back, but they are having trouble with either equipment or personel. They told me it 'may not disappear altogether' . It didn't at all visually lessen and continued to crack immediately. --They no longer know what they are doing with chip repair-- And they know they're having problems! They should stop offering this service until they figure out what's wrong with either equipment or training. Nov. 13 2023. Wow, they called me up immediately upon this post and offered to make it right. He asked for the date and such so he could track down the problem. I have had my windshield fixed a few times in another state and the results were satisfactory to outstanding. In all cases I could barely tell the chip/or crack that was there before. I had my windshield repaired at AAction twice (two different cars) and I can barely tell the chip was ever repaired. The first time I thought it may have been something about the chip itself that netted the results it did so I decided to try them once more to be totally fair. Well the results were equally disappointing. Sorry but I will not be using AAction for chip repair anymore.

Aaction Auto Glass does a good job. They were able to get me in the next day. They beat the prices of other shops that I called. I've had 2 windshield replaced by them and I have encountered the same experience both times. You drop you vehicle off in the morning, then wait for them to call you when it's done. The other is that after the new windshield was installed, there is an ever so slight sound of air coming from the passenger side bottom of the windshield. These are not deal breakers and I would still recommend them.

When my Tahoe got repo the repo yard broke my back window and stole my Apple Watch and I got proof. They blamed the window on the ice storm the storm was super mild I been through worse storms the back of Tahoes the way they are made hardly ever breaks. They sent my vehicle to Action to get repaired and when I try to close the window I have the shut it a few times because it isn’t seated properly. They paid for the repair but the whole experience was a nightmare!!

I called last week to price the replacement of my windshield in my Honda Odyssey which had gotten hit by a rock on the highway. I was worried it would be pricey since this is a HUGE windshield but they quoted me the best price. My van was completed in a decent amount of time and everything was clean the way I left it. These guys are very friendly, quick but careful, and the prices won't break the bank. I am glad I brought my van to them.
