Nations Auto Glass (Formally Precision Auto Glass)

I had a bad experience at Safelite AutoGlass in McKinney Texas, so I came here to Precision Auto Glass here in Sherman Texas. I am so glad I did, they are excellent at what they do. I wish I came here first. Debbie was very nice and the manager was outstanding. Thank you for being professional and right on time. I really appreciate the honesty. I stopped by for a sec to have them check the little chip a huge rock took out of my 2020 GMC and he said since it was so deep it wouldn't seal correctly there is too much glass missing. He didn't try to push me into a new windshield didn't even bring it up. I asked how much a windshield would be for later on and he told me. Its cheaper than I thought. When I am ready to get it replaced I will come back here though. They didn't charge me anything just for looking at it.

We own a Chevy Traverse and we ended up with a crack all the way across our windshield. We called around for prices and most places gave a quote of 469 and up. They gave us one of 235 plus tax. We took it in and after 2 hours we drove off with our car. The windshield looks amazing. They did a awesome job. Great service and saved us over 220 dollars! They will definitely be getting our business for now on! I highly recommend them!

They couldn't help process a simple claim # for replacement bc THEY HAD NO EMAIL to professionally share, nor a way to photograph damaged glass, nor did they want to email me anything... so I drove to Sherman to pick up an email printout! I did pics, email, and ph calls. There was no follow up, besides mine, tI had to walk her through finding my info, then after I'd DONE her work for her, she didn't want to call for the work order # EITHER until I shamed her into it. Finally get the glass done weeks later to end up w FOUR paint chips knocked out around the windshield! Called so she could let the owner know and she's SO unhelpful and finally says that the owner was one of the two who repaired it... forget these guys. You're better off elsewhere.

On a Thurs at 12:40, I walked into PAG, The sign on their door said OPEN. Inside the lobby of their office there was an employee, asleep on the couch. Shortly after i walked in. the secretary came in and when i asked her if they take walk-ins, her response to me was "Yes but we are on lunch until 1:00. IT WAS 12:40 and there was an employee asleep on the couch and their door was unlocked and they turned away a customer bc they had 20 minutes left on their lunch break. Highly unprofessional. I've never seen a business like that, have their doors unlocked but turn away business bc they have 20 minutes left on a lunch break. 👎👎👎

Had my windshield replaced on Ford F-350. They made sure they got the correct info from me to have the correct windshield for my appointment. Scheduled for 5 days out, which was twice as quick as anybody else. Showed up at 8am as scheduled, tech got my truck right in with a super quick turnaround time. Left my truck very clean and did a super great job!! And the price was $200 cheaper than Safelite, for OEM original glass. Super impressed. Highly recommend, and will use again when needed. They left my 7 month old car unlocked with the window rolled down outside in the parking lot. I reached through the window and opened the door from the inside. I rummaged through the front seat and they did nothing about it. They DO NOT check your ID before dropping off or picking up the keys. They also disposed of my insurance documents in between the time that I filed my claim and had them fix the ding in my windshield so I sat waiting while they called my insurance provider once again. I'm begging you to stay away. Least professional business in Texoma. Only go here if you want to steal a car.

As a Jeep owner, I have had to have several windshields replaced. This week I had to do just that. As always, Precision/Nations is 100% professional, courteous, and very cost friendly. I have used them a couple of times now, as have some family members. They have us as customers forever! If you've drive on 75, you know it's a cracked windshield just waiting to happen. My car was barely a couple of months old and boom got hit by a rock. I took her in to the guys at Nations Auto Glass (formerly Precision), he said it would take about 10 minutes, and gave me a reasonable quote. 10 minutes later I was handed my keys and was on my way. Thank you so much guys!

Recently, our back windshield was completely smashed out when a vandal was driving throughout our neighborhood and beating on cars and mailboxes with a baseball bat. Precision replaced ours today and charged an incredibly low price when compared to competitors. They did a wonderful job and were super fast. I will recommend Precision to everyone I know. Thank you!
