Came here before for a new window on my driver side & came today to get my windshield replaced from an accident that happened yesterday and they were really friendly and were super positive and explained everything throughly on what they were going to do considering I mistakenly gave them the wrong info of not having a sensor on it but they worked it out and let me know what they were going to do considering it was a different windshield. Took about 30 mins or less for them to put it on & cleaned up the glass that was in the inside. They even put my new rear view mirror on I’ve had for so long and just hadn’t put it on & even fixed my passenger door because an accident I had prior left my door making a popping noise and one of the kind workers who used to work in a body shop fixed it definitely recommend coming here they work with you in price & make sure they do the job right! Super fast and very friendly staff, took less than 15 minutes I was out of the door, very clean environment and good energy and low price as well. I didn't notice but the glass was scratch just a minor thing but they did beat the price $20 lower then competition, you pay what you get can't speak on quality yet, the scratches could happen for miss handling the window or there it was store. Besides that, everything was wonders. Update: After some serious consideration, the shop is right. It was not their fault. It was a manufacturer problem, and I loved how they reached back for a solution to fix the issue. Would definitely give them a 4.5 if I could Wouldn't stop me from doing business with them, very friendly and super fast.

I drove in from Wimberley to San Marcos to get my windshield repaired. The damage started out as a little rock chip that I keep telling myself I needed to get fixed but didn't. Pretty soon, the little chip became a crack all along the top of the windshield. Anyway, I went into Low Price and to my surprise, I was told to come back the next morning and they would replace my windshield while I waited. Amazing. Everything went well. The replacement maybe took an hour. They replace all my stickers onto the new windshield and I was good to go. Low Price is located on the IH 35 frontage road, so be careful you don't pass it. This place is an absolute gem. The back windshield was busted out on accident and I was so anxious due to the poor weather that was coming in. I called at around 9:30 this morning and the woman at the desk was so amazing and sweet! They were able to get me in same day and for an absolutely amazing price! I’m so serious when I say I got three different quotes and not a single one of them came even close to the quote I got here! There’s only one word to describe them AMAZING !!! I was about to leave out of town when a rock flew through my windshield!! They were able to get me in the same day and took no longer than 30 minutes to get everything done and me back on the road! They’re so professional and make you feel so comfortable from the first phone call! Not to mention their pricing is so fair and honest! Safelite quoted me $500 and no same day guarantee!!! This is the second time I’ve gone to LPAG and I have to say they never fail to impress me. Both times the price was completely fair if not cheaper than most. They performed the work incredibly fast and accurate. They take care of the customer every time. I had an unfortunate interaction with a deer before thanksgiving. I called them in the morning and my car was ready faster than expected. I’m writing this at the exact time they had my appointment setup. I definitely recommend them for your auto glass needs. Man these cats are great, two cars on the same day at the same time. No problem one car was done in an hr or less the other was a more complicated job and took 2hrs. Dealer wanted 2gs for one car a 2025 and Safelite wanted 1500 total taxes recalibration disposal fees everything. LPAG got us in and out in two hours and both cars together was under $1000. The work was immaculate the recalibration self drive all that works amazing as it did prior to the windshield getting cracked. This is the spot look no further trying to save you some time here people believe that.. Pete

After a very negative experience with another shop, I was left with my insurance used up for this claim and my windshield still in need of repair. The staff was very nice, which was great after having just left the last shop. They gave me a good price, had my windshield in stock and got me set up the very next day. My windshield has tons of sensors and they replaced the glass plus the recalibration of the sensors for less than two other places I called. I really appreciated the customer service, reasonable price and my windshield looks great.

They were great but trying to tell me my rear glass glue failed which they did because of rust. It only rusted cause they didn’t do it right the first time. They just don’t wanna deal with warranty again. My truck has no rust and wouldn’t have it under back window if it had been fixed correctly the first time. I will just take it somewhere else next time. The got black glue on the side of my truck which I cleaned up!! They r cheap glass replacement. They did my front window and no problems. Hopefully this time no leaks for back window
