Rockguard Auto Glass

The folks at Rockguard were excellent. I submitted for a quote on their website. They got back to me right away (within the same day) with several options for quotes. When I called to schedule with them they were able to get me in next day. They quoted me 45 minutes to replace the windshield, and they kept their word. I was back on the road within 40 minutes of taking my jeep in. They were professional and quick. Left my truck as clean and when I dropped it off. They even provided me with a reference for some other work I needed done. Very happy with my new windshield. They also will come out to where your car is to replace or repair the windshield! I fortunately didn’t need this, but nice to know that if I ever need windows or windshields replaced again (I drive a jeep it will need replacing again) that they are there with fair prices and great service.

After calling about 12 different places in the city I was most impressed with Rockguard Autoglass. Not only did they offer me the best price, but after speaking with Ms. Roxanne on the phone, I knew I had made the right choice. She answered all my questions & her knowledge & reassurance was very consoling amongst my grief with having to deal with a shattered back window. I was worried about my rear view camera being damaged in the installation process, but was put to ease with her explanation & her extra input to the installer to make sure all was good. The installer did an exquisite job as well. We've had 2 major storms since my install & all is sealed nice & tight. I already recommended them to friends, family & coworkers. I really like their story ( motto) & what they stand for.

you can't beat the price. I got referred to this place by a dealership that doesn't do glass replacements. (passenger door) and Rockguard was rock solid. same day replacement. compared to 2 other dealerships double the fiesta money saved. 2 minor things, was promised it would be ready within 4hrs. still had to wait after closing BUT I SAVED. always a plus. glass is not OEM stamped but it's fine. excellent work. go to these guys. I didn't have to use my insurance that's the value of these guys. thanks again. you can't go wrong, it would be wrong if you went somewhere else awesome job. had an issue with the door not opening , brought us in ASAP. ps...I don't know anyone here personally. so this isn't a hype up review

My experience with this family owned business was outstanding. I have been shopping around for two weeks on every window repair shop because I was paying out of pocket. My window had to come with a calibration because it's a brand new car. I spoke to Chris on the phone who was so pleasant to talk too. He quoted me such a low cost I had to ask him to repeat that again. They were able to get me in same day and only took ONE HOUR! Every place said up to 2 hours but Chris got it done in an hour. While waiting I had a great time chatting up with the woman in the building. Such friendly staff. I will be recommending this business to all family and friends.

This business has great customer service and quality product! I called and Chris answered to help get me pricing and ensured it covered everything I needed to replace my windshield and recalibration needed. He was able to get me scheduled just a couple hours from calling and when I arrived, Roxanne got my keys and got things going. I was in and out in under an hour with my new windshield and warranty! I am very appreciative of their time management in getting their customers in and out! Thank you all again for taking great care of me and all of your customers!

On a recent trip, a rock hit my windshield causing a crack to immediately begin growing across my field of vision. I contacted several repair companies and found Rockguard to be very responsive, knowledgeable, flexible with scheduling my replacement, and reasonably priced. The new windshield is identical to the old one, and was completed in a timely and professional manner. Hopefully, I won't have to replace another windshield, but if I do, they will be the first company I call.

No stars for this company. After 2 months they cannot get the correct windshield for my car. The one they initially installed was NOT oem even though my insurance pays for oem. It displayed my heads-up display information out of focus and there are 2 large anomalies in the glass. I keep getting stories of "we are looking for one" or "the one that showed up was broken" or we cannot find one." Geez, they took my money and now don't want to make things right.

This place was awesome. Bid was super fast and honest over the phone for a full windshield replacement, we called 5 or 6 different places and they offered the best price INCLUDING recalibration for lane assist feature. I had to go into the office since recalibration was required, but I was in and out within an hour, super fast! Windshield looks great! I took my laptop and worked while I waited, they had coffee and snacks which was great. 10/10 Recommend.

Awesome shop, fast service and great price. ***Family owned and operated**** Chris was the one that helped over the phone. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Roxy helped me when I arrived at the shop, she had a great attitude and was also very helpful. Juan was the one to do the work. He was detailed and carefully worked with the light accessories that are on my jeep. I would highly recommend this company

Driving from Livingston Tx. to San Antonio. The 10 freeway is a mess and sure enough windshield took a couple of rocks. Googled for a repair shop and Rockguard Auto glass was selected. Called, talk to Juan, they got me in and out in thirty minutes. Awesome service, nice people, even repaired a spot on the windshield I didn't notice and told me no charge for the extra job repair.
