I had a cracked windshield when I came back from vacation and I turned to Rivera's Auto Glass to do the job. I called the office, was greeted with outstanding customer service, and was able to book an appointment immediately. That whole week the weather was terrible and rained every day. They informed me that an install during rain would cause leaks among other things, and it would definitely be unsafe working conditions. I was contacted each day to be informed that they were unable to perform an install due to the rain and out of the kindness of their hearts, even offered me a discount if I would call back another day. This was definitely not something they had to do, especially because the rain was not their fault, but it was greatly appreciated. I called back the following week when the rain cleared up and was able to get the install done the same day. They did an absolutely amazing job with the install. They even managed to keep in tact all my apartment, work office, and state stickers perfectly. They went over the top and cleaned my dash, provided me with a blue-tinted windshield at a really good price, and even cleaned my headlights to boot. They advised me on how to ensure that the install would not come off and told me I could call back at any time if I had questions. This was my first time ever getting a new windshield and I could not be more pleased with the service and knowledge of Rivera's Auto Glass. We needed to get the windshield replaced on our Ford. I received several quotes with 99% of them being $280 and up. One popular red logo place was $280 plus a fee of $50 to come to your location, taxes and other applicable fees. Found Rivera's Auto Glass and they charged $195 everything included. The replacement comes with a lifetime warranty on workmanship (leaks, gaps, etc.) These two gentlemen were extremely pleasant to deal with and did a great job on the replacement. When I asked one of them "How is it that your able to offer such low pricing?", he responded with they're a small family owned business that loves to pass on savings to their customers. They most certainly did pass along some savings. If you're in need of auto glass replacements give this local business a try. This team is very professional jean kept me updated as to when they were going to be at my house, they called me when they were here, when I came out to my car they were already working on the glass, David and Steve were super nice and professional. They made me laugh quite a few times definitely a couple of jokesters! And they were very informative, about the aftercare instructions on my car! Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend coming here! I was told that my rear window was going to be close to 400$ But this place isn’t about overpricing like other companies! My car was broken into when stopping in San Antonio for the night. I first booked with Safelite because my insurance suggested it which is a mistake I will never make again. Safelite made me wait a full day and then couldn't fix my window. I then called Rivera's Auto Glass. They got my car in right away, charged me about half of what Safelite wanted, and explained to me about the interior parts of my window and what was broken. They took good care of me! I had a great conversation throughout the repair, and the overall experience made my week (after the burglary and Safelite made it as miserable as could be).

They are absolutely wonderful. They went out of their way to try and accommodate my crazy work schedule and when that didn’t work out, they quickly notified me that the time just wasn’t going to work. They were then able to squeeze me in on a day that worked for me. They did a great job repairing a chip in my window, and even took the time to fill in a different chip that didn’t appear to be right from when I originally purchased the vehicle. Have had a back window, windshield, & a back passenger window on my car replaced years apart from each other by Rivera's. They came to me, showed up on time, removed previous glass and mess from it, completed the job in a timely manner, and put on the new mirror for me. I paid over the phone by card. They were friendly and professional. And to make it better, the price was best out of all the places I called. I would recommend them to anyone needing a window replacement. You won't be disappointed.

Rivera's replaced a windshield on one of my cars today. They were amazing. They kept me informed prior to their arrival to my house, were very nice and extremely professional while doing the job. 06-05-17 Had a break in on my 2012 Kia Soul and they broke the window put. Not only was Rivera cheaper than anyone in town, but they got it done the same day I called. Everyone else had to order it. The girl I spoke to on the phone was awsome and friendly, also they guys that came out to replace it were awsome. Great customer service! The million dollar question: Will I come back and recommend to friends? Yes!

Awesome service, best prices in town, and super nice folks... Next time you need a windshield or back glass this is your place! We just had a windshield in our truck replaced and needed the back glass on the extra car my daughter is using while we repair hers. She was in town to pick it up and even though they were busy they fit us in so she could get back on the road and head to home near Dallas.

I couldn’t ask for more. My truck and another truck were broken into at the Comforts Suites, Riverwalk, SA. Hotel check out was 11AM.
