Right Auto Glass

Right Auto Glass seemed like it was going to be a great experience but turned out to be awful. My wife takes impeccable care of all her cars but had to have the windshield replaced due to a rock on the highway. We were doing this for the sole purpose of trading in her Lexus RX for a new car. Only to find out there was a huge dent on the roof above the mirror which we know for fact was not there prior to their service. Extremely disappointing and ended up cutting the trade in value of our pristine car. When brought to the attention of Right Auto Glass, they refused to accept responsibility. As a result, I cancelled my service with them the following week. I understand accidents happen, just own up to it!

Went in for a quote, they said they have the best price in town on glass, $1005 for my 2015 f350 , 🤯 not the best price! Found it at Low Price Auto Glass on Applewhite rd for $200 out the door, now that’s the best price in town for sure! And did I mention that was installed! Windshield didn’t have the super duty logo on it, but for $800 off who needs the logo! Well I just got a call from Right Auto Glass and apparently there was a misunderstanding, new quote $175 installed !!!!! Now that’s excellent customer service!! And definitely the lowest price! Much appreciated Right Auto Glass!👍🏼

This is one of the best if not the best experience I have ever had with a company and auto glass. Professional workers, superior communication, and one heck of a fantastic price. They replaced my windshield at my place with a schedule 24 hour notice. I moved the date and they were flexible enough to accommodate my rescheduling requests with no problem and no silly fees. Start to finish was about 45 minutes and just exceptional service. If you need auto glass this is the place to get it.

They SIGNIFICANTLY undercut the major auto glass repair company that claims to repair/replace. The technician communicated well, showed up on time, & worked fast. Right Autoglass is my Autoglass company!

I am so happy with their job today! I had them come out to replace my windshield on my jeep. They showed up 5 minutes early and were done in about 20 minutes. They were so nice and they made it easy to pay them. (I didn’t have to go to the ATM. And they were incredibly affordable! Their quote was 50$ less then the other companies I called. If I could give 10 ⭐️ I would!

When I called, I was given an instant quote and was scheduled for a windshield replacement the very next day. The replacement itself took less than half an hour and the total out-of-pocket cost was cheaper than any big-name/chain glass facilities. Great overall experience and great price! Definitely going to recommend this location to friends and family.

Today I went to Right Auto Glass to have my car's rearview mirror installed, and Mr. Felipe was very kind and installed it without any problems. I recommend this business to anyone who has any problems with their rearview mirrors or any other issues with their carrot mirrors. They know their job and have excellent customer service.

Great service and reasonable prices. Had my drivers side window stop working yesterday and they were able to get it fixed by this morning. Thought it was the window itself but instead it was a part inside that had stopped working. They were able to source the part locally and get it fixed fairly quickly.
