Patsco Windshield Repair

Came here to get a crack replaced and unfortunately it expanded after a few weeks. Came back and talked to Devon - who did not do the original fix - who greatly exceeded any expectations I could have of a windshield repairman. He is professional, thorough, and takes time to explain everything and anything about his process. Because I had a warranty with the original fix, he did not charge me for the second repair despite it being rather extensive (~45 minutes of work), and offered to remove the tape left on the windshield the following day free of charge as well. He's an asset to the company and an impressive worker. He is highly recommended.

I never considered going to one of these on the side locations for a repair, but I decided to take a leap in faith and try it. I showed up and I was immediately addressed and welcomed by a gentleman named Gabriel, he explained to me how the process works and even answered any questions and concerns I had about the service. It went to them on April 15th to fix a chip on my car's windshield. Couple of months later, I saw the crack widening. Went back to repair. The technician at this location agreed for a refund since he can't repair without making 2 additional drills into the windshield. He then calls their HQ to initiate the refund, the lady on the call however refuses everything and declines refund/repairs. The only option left with me is to replace the windshield. Lesson learnt: Never get your windshield repaired at roadside temporary establishments. Don't get fooled by their online reviews.

Good quality service, I have brought several cars to this location in the past in the last few years. They always manage to ensure that my fractures on the windows don't get any worse. Pricing might very do to the size of your repair but is fair. I would recommend for anybody who has a small repair that needs to get done professionally. Wow! Just wow! I pulled up and immediately was greeted by Jole, who informed me of the process and the cost. Easy peasy!!!!!!!!! Jole immediately looked at the crack and advised he could help it not spread. Bing. Bam. Boom! In less than 10 minutes, Jole addressed my issue and had me back on my way! If you have a chip in your windshield, don’t bother going anywhere else.

Don't go here. I repeat. Do not go to any on the side of the rode windshield repair to get service. They didn't assess the damage so it caused for even more damage. Went in for 2 chips left with two shatters in my windshield. He could let me know that cracking would be a possibility seeing how it was worked on under the hot sun. So now $80 had quickly turned into a brand new windshield and a set back of $350. Go to professionals and get a quote and estimate first. Don't let them fool you.

Roberto was awesome. He was super professional told me all the information including cost and what to do after repair was upfront about everything and was done in 20 minutes from the time I pulled up was very pleasantly surprised at how easy this was to get my windshield fixed. I didn’t even have an appointment. Definitely recommend.

Joseph REALLY took care of me! Had a difficult insurance claim process. He advocated for me and was patient with the process to get my claim approved. Then, he fixed my windshield PERFECTLY!! It looks almost brand new, after what was a quarter-sized hole existed due to a rock from a truck on the highway. Very pleased.

BEWARE!! I took my car in for a small "star" hoping they would prevent if from spreading. Instead, the tech cracked it, sending a crack to go up 6 inches and off to the side 9 inches! They refunded my money but I now have to replace my windshield out of pocket. Use at your own risk!! Zero stars!!
