We’ve been here multiple time for different vehicles over the past 15 years. We called first and provided the car info which they researched and at one point, my husband’s Lincoln had an auto sensor to turn on the windshield wipers when it sensed the slightest bit of rain. I didn’t know any of this anc they asked me to check if that’s the model I needed then to call back with the info since every car is different and has special features. I had the windshield with the sensors. They have us a price including installation and said they would order with out consent. I gave it. DH drove the car down after I addressed the slider crack so if wouldn’t get worse while driving and we ended up driving around a bit to explore the area while we waited for our scheduled appointment. Keeping in mind that sometimes vehicles before us may take a bit longer than expected, we asked them to call us when it was ready. And they did. We drive back from a nearby taco restaurant and inspected the windshield and its documentation before leaving. We were very pleased. We also took my 2007 Toyota Tundra down there and had the windshield replaced multiple times because of Road rocks flying off and hitting our windshield. I’ve never had a problem with this company. It’s better than calling the insurance company. Sure, it may be a bit of a drive but take a friend to go explore and it’s not bad because you’re entertaining yourself while waiting. The customer service guys give you what you give them. They work hard and there’s a lot of stress handling glass. A polite inquiry despite your frustration on your glass being broken doesn’t give anyone the right to cop an attitude with people that are just trying to do their job and are constantly busy. This place has become my go to. I’ve never had an issue with chips or cracks from the edges because they provide cautionary instructions because your car’s seal is still curing. If you don’t follow them, you’ll have a problem. And if you’re nice, you get treated well. I currently have a chip of my Tundra for the third time and sealed the slider before it could spread. When I’m ready to get it replaced after an OEM paint job and total upholstery job, the windshield will be replaced here. Hands down. I love my Tundra but sometimes, it makes sense to drive a hit further and get a better rate. It’s all OEM but they don’t have the high overhead not a brand to slap on it. I’ m a regular reviewer and an honest one, based on my experience. This is my family’s first choice when it comes to replacing glass. I’ve never been disappointed with the service. I’ll be setting them soon regarding my Tundra!

This business was not reliable. They sent a worker who caused a long scratch on my vehicle. I sent the owner Antonio Jajou the complaint through email. His worker had a long black scraper knife he used to remove the glue, and it created a very visible deep scratch. I asked him to pay to repair it, and instead he found a pic with a sun glare that looks nothing like the scratch near it in one of the pics and said it was already there. I will likely be taking him to court, but a review may help to share my experience with others. The worst thing is being in deliberate denial knowing evidently his employee caused it. I found that completely irresponsible. I know it won’t be a lot to fix it, but regardless, this man was insensible to the damage. We were already hurting our basketball court fell and broke our window. We had carefully assessed the damage and were fortunate it was only the glass, yet he blames it on this. I told him two adults carefully assessed the damage, and we have no reason to lie. We are a Christian family above all, and we don’t play these blame games. We practice good principles in life not cheater’s practices like they did with us. Be careful. Stay outside the whole time monitoring. I wish I had. I was for a bit because I was hoping to complain to Academy for a basketball court which was leaking the water overnight much too fast and had taken pictures because of it, only to find out they would be my proof for this new damage Low Price Auto Glass caused. I even sent him videos where it clearly doesn’t show a scrape. This scrape is very loud and obvious. The sun glare marks are different. This company will not follow through in doing the right thing if they mess up.

these guys were great. the last time my windshield was replaced was during the hail storm that got everyone. it was a 400$ difference this time around and as i watched i saw they did the same work as the expensive guys. i made an appointment for a week out and they came to my house to do the work. couldn't give me a time to show up so i made it for my day off. the showed up at a reasonable time. very personable. tony and john at the shop were really great as well when i was booking and confirming. good business.

Have a broken window on a 2022 F150. They give me a quote that was at least $50 cheaper than any other place in town. They told me it would take an about an hour to fix it it took 30 minutes from the time I handed him the keys until it was pulled out of the bay ready to go . For reasons I hope I don't ever have to come back here but the customer service and the price and the speed was excellent. The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. The son of the owner was not only incompetent but incredibly rude to my wife over the phone. My wife tried explaining to him how one of his staff member misinformed her about making a down payment on the windshield glass so it can be shipped. Rather than apologizing, he kept arguing with my wife. He sounded like a classic douchebag that shouldn’t be in business. I don’t recommend this place at all. If I could give zero stars I would.

My dad had his back window busted out while he was out of town. So when he got back on Sunday he called me...didn't think we would be able to have it replaced till Monday, but I noticed they were open so I called got a quote- way less than I expected and since they were open till 3p we were able to get it replaced on a Sunday without paying a premium. My pops even gave them a tip for doing a great job and providing great service late on a Sunday. Way to go above and beyond 🙌

We've been coming here for years and I must say best prices in San Antonio and awesome customer service. I brought my Impala in because I needed a new windshield and followed there instructions . I had no problems until all this rain came through my windshield and flooded my car with water. I brought it back and let him know water came in the windshield which was No problem he had me park my car in and they fixed it . Lucky I saved my receipt didn't have to pay anything.

Front windshield replaced on 5/23/2020 Pros: Great price Fast service Cons:(reference photos) -Over applied urethane -Did not replace the cowl clips that they broke while pushing the glass while the cowl was still in place. -Wind noise probable causes; missing cowl clips, gap between glass and cowl. No warranty on glass only on labor. Recommendations Even if it adds a little bit more time remove the cowl and if clips get broken let the customer know and work it out.

Low price auto glass has been great and I have been referring folks to this business for quality low price glass replacements for over a decade. They do quality work for the best price in town, bar none. If they don't have a glass for you, they'll order it and have it available in no time. They even can meet you for installation depending on the job. Forget one of those chain repair places, go local and you won't regret it!

Really impressed. We've had to take our cars in about three different times now. Each time they are able to assess the issue the quickly and remedy the problem the same day. They are quick and honest. It's always nerve-wracking when something is wrong with your car, so I'm thankful I know about this place to at least take care of our cracked windows or fallen windows on our older cars.
