Johnny was amazing to work with! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a windshield replaced or repaired! This past Saturday my front windshield was cracked and I need to replace it. I contacted my insurance company to set up an appointment and see how much it would cost. They set an appointment up for me with Safelite whose earliest appointment was Wednesday afternoon. They also told me that the cost would exceed my deductible of $500 so I would need to pay that and they would cover the rest. Worried about the cost, I started looking online to find an alternative. I came across Glass FX on my search and called the number not realizing they were already closed until I got the voicemail. I hung up and decided to call the next glass repair shop on the list. Before I could even finish dialing the next number, Johnny called me to see what he could do for me. I told him I needed my front windshield replaced and he got my car's information and told me he would call me right back with how much it would cost. Within 5 minutes he called back to let me know that it would be $235. I asked how much installation would be and he told me that was with installation. I couldn't believe that I was going to be able to pay half of what I would have had to going through insurance. He told me he wouldn't be able to come out and replace it until Monday morning between 9-10 because the distributor was already closed for the weekend. He said he could come to my home or place of employment to replace it! Sure enough, Monday morning rolls around and he let me know right away that they had my window in stock and would be at my house in 25 minutes which was right during the time he told me he would be there. He was extremely personable and very passionate about doing right be the customer. He even got the windshield that had the heater at the bottom just in case mine had the connection, which it did! Even after getting the more expensive windshield he did not change the price he quoted me! Thank you Johnny for all that you do!

Great commitment to difficult jobs with fantastic execution! After calling 8 auto glass service providers which came up as a search result, being stood up by one of the two larger glass franchises in town, I called Glass Fx. Their technician Frank called me back. All of the other places I called were, according to them, unwilling or unqualified to replace the Windshield and back glass on my 1972 mercedes 250c. The fact that I intended to re-use the hard to find glass which was in good condition, made other glass guys unwilling to take on the job because removing and replacing glass that has been in place for nearly 50 years is difficult. Frank took on the job and did it perfectly. He was clear with me that there was a chance the glass could break, but he would do his best to prevent it. He removed both pieces and the surrounding trim without damage. He also re-installed everything without any faults. During the installation he even took the time to help me fix an existing issue with my rear window defogger. I rarely leave reviews, but felt like I needed to for Glass FX. I had a shattered rear window and called several businesses to get estimates. Johnny called me back right away and gave me helpful information even when I told him I might go with another company. Due to his great customer service, I decided to go with his company. When Johnny came to my house, he explained everything and was extremely professional. The job took longer than he anticipated because there was a lot of broken glass inside the motor. Johnny wanted to make sure that he got all of the glass out. He came to do the repair even though it was his day off. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Yesterday morning Christmas Eve, after a night of high winds in the area, I woke up to part of a tree laying on my suburban and a broken windshield. I was very upset. I had to be at work, It was Christmas Eve. I had called a few glass companies and they didn’t respond. I was not sure what to expect when I first called Glass FX Auto Glass, as this many outstanding reviews could not possibly be true...could they? Johnny has earned every single one of these five-star reviews. He replaced our windshield on a Saturday in Texas 100-degree heat and did an outstanding professional job. He showed us his procedures every step of the way and explained exactly what he was doing and why. We could see he was very competent and took great pride in doing an exceptional job. His price was among the lowest we found, and worth every penny. We recommend Johnny without any hesitation!

After checking different sites and reviews, I selected Glass FX for my windshield replacement. After having concerns from a previous bad experience with another glass company that was supposed to be "Safe", Johnny helped put me at ease and let me know that he would not get me a piece of glass with a large flat spot or with a distorted image. He was out to my office the day after calling him and he was done in under an hour. The work came out nice and clean with no glue smeared anywhere else, like some other companies will leave behind. I will refer anyone I can to Johnny and Glass FX.

Johnny is awesome and he does great work! He sticks to his quoted prices, very reasonably priced and he takes his time to do the job right in a professional manner. For me, he replaced my front windshield, the rear wiper motor and a side window regulator. He did all the work for the price he quoted me. Frank was super responsive, got the glass for my car same day I called him! Other places were needing a few days to even get the glass before I could get my window fixed. He also came home so it saved me the trip to go somewhere else. He cleaned all of the broken glass pieces inside the door and car and I much appreciated that.
