I’ve never left a review about any service I’ve gotten but i was so satisfied with the job Mark did! He came to my apartment for the repair and was done in under an hour. He walked me through everything he was doing and was very knowledgeable. On top of him coming to me he was the cheapest i found in my area, so convenient! Such a great experience with mark, I highly recommend him and will definitely be using his services in the future if i need them!

Great work done by Mark . He came to our house and fixed our broken window on our truck. He explained everything he was going to do and walked us through the process. He was done in about 30 minutes. Took payment by credit card right there and we were done and had our window. Great customer service and very knowledgeable at what he does. I would highly recommend Mark and his company G&F. He truly cares about his customers and his work. You will not be disappointed. His prices are very competitive and/or less expensive that most out there. I did a lot of shopping around and Mark had the best price and service. --

Mark was awesome. I called him in the afternoon after getting his information from our car dealership and he was able to come out same day to fix our windshield!! He did such an amazing job, I don’t even notice the small chip anymore. Mark also was very knowledgeable about glass and windshields and shared a lot of that information with me for future reference, and even gave me great advice on how to properly take advantage of the windshield warranty I got through the dealership. I am so thankful we were referred to Mark and am so excited to use his services going forward if we ever need him again!!

Mark's level of skill, service, courtesy and professionalism are TOP NOTCH!! Even with delays due to errors made by parts distributors, and with a family member in the hospital, Mark got our sparkling new windshield installed in our only car while in our (unfortunately shade-free and inclined) driveway with no muss, fuss, or complaints - and his work is VERY well done at a GREAT price, even if you're paying out-of-pocket without the aid of insurance. My car was broken into over the weekend on Sunday night at my apartment and we didn't notice until Monday. Apparently there are multiple incidents across San Antonio unfortunately. The owner was awesome. As soon as I called he was ready with all the details, he even had a price and ETA ready as well. I still called several other companies for quotes but G & F had the best offer and they all had to call back because they couldn't give me a quote right away. He had our window in stock and we got our car window fixed the same day only a couple hours after calling.

Mark did an incredible job replacing my rear drivers side window on my Toyota 4Runner! Super knowledgeable, was able to walk us through the options and help my boyfriend and I pick the best replacement glass for our truck. Everyone else we called was triple the price or had a wait time of at least a day out- Mark came out to us same day, did a thorough job vacuuming out as much of the glass as possible and even made sure the ground was clear enough for me to safely enter my vehicle!! One of the best auto glass guys in San Antonio

Unfortunately, we’ve had our windshield broken on I-35 twice in the past year and a half and each time we used G&F Auto Glass for the replacements. I spoke with Mark each time and he professionally ensured that we got the correct replacement. The technicians that came out were fabulous, especially Dennis who just completed the work last week. He was courteous, prompt, and took great pride in his workmanship. We are very happy with the work and with the windshields. I recommend them if you have similar needs.

My experience with G&F Auto Glass was beyond amazing. I called earlier this morning to get a quote for a windshield replacement and was quoted the best price I had heard all morning, especially in comparison to Safelite Auto glass. I wanted the replacement completed as soon as possible and G&F scheduled me in for same day service. The professionalism and great customer service I received during my experience from beginning to end is the reason you have to give them a call. Thank you again G&F!!

I have used their services for a few years now on multiple vehicles. The owner started a small operation and now has a larger operations. Will travel to your location and fix or replace your windshield on site. The quality of the material used to replace the windshield on our F150 is good. Haven't had any issues over the years. This business has been my preferred auto glass service in the area. I highly recommend based on customer service, convenience, and fair pricing.

Mark was awesome! He was so accommodating, friendly, and informative! I needed a car window repaired, got quoted and fixed all in the same day! He even vacuumed the broken glass in my car. When I spoke to another shop- they said it wasn’t apart of the service, but that I could add it on for additional $ if I wanted to. Highly recommend Mark, he cares about his customers and tries to help out as much as he can. Will definitely be using him again in the future!
