Initial coordination with insurance and setting an appointment were stellar 5* Bryan Lynch did a great job on that end. The appointment/install went well, so far as I know, but disappointed that the interior was left somewhat a mess afterward. Some debris on the dash and it looked like adhesive or something smeared into a speaker grill that I could not remove, so I had the tech take a look and he quickly cleaned it up. Surprised they don’t use a tarp or something to keep all that mess from falling inside Obviously they did not make any effort to do a quick vacuum/detail of the work area afterward. It also appeared at first that somehow the windshield base drip/drain tray trim piece reinstalled was from another vehicle as the color looked off to me, but I’ve since determined on my own it is as it was. The Tech was to call me the following Monday about it, but never did. My main beef is during the windshield removal, rather than using a mini crane of sorts to remove the windshield, the tech stood on the door thresholds to work, and they were all scuffed and dirty. No effort was made to clean them up. Photos of each side attached, though a little difficult to see the mess clearly. The install, glass and work quality appear to be as expected, but the overall experience fell short due to the mess left behind. Lastly, the shop/waiting area Is fairly new I believe (and nice), but the A/C has been broken for 18 months. On a hot day (which it was), It’s just that – HOT. Fans are so noisy that taking a chair outside is the only good option if you are waiting, like I did.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE: BUYERS BEWARE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY Do not trust Carlo from Auto Glass now. My mom and I had a horrific experience with him on Saturday of this week. We went in to replace our BMW SUVs windshield and left with a cheap and terrible piece of glass that was NOT the right fit to begin with and went home with an even bigger crack. He never called to follow up, drove our car on top of another windshields broken glass and now we have a flat tire on top of the windshield not being replaced properly and need to go elsewhere. Beyond disappointed with Carlo; he clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing and everyone should be aware to not trust him and his scam.

Wow!! Same day windshield replacement. Fast turnaround. Couldn’t finish my errands because the repair was complete!!!!!! Excellent customer service. Quality work. Best price. This vehicle is a Jeep wrangler and have to replace this windshield more often than I’d like to. I have multiple items mounted to the inside/outside of my windshield. As well as cords for each item. All of my items were securely mounted, the dash cam cord specifically was tucked nicely. I offered to pay a fee ahead of time for this but that offer was declined by the service tech(Nathan F). I appreciate the professionalism!!!

My experience was exactly what, I as a customer desire from every business I choose to use. (Don't always get that fo we) But did with Auto Glass Now on Starcrest. Clean establishment, friendly, quick, priced right and done right. Don't pay 2.5 times more because they run commercials on tv. Go to this competent, priced right company. So glad we did. We had 2 done. My car and my daughters car got windshield cracks 4 days apart. So I took em both in. Had my work van done by them also about 2 years ago. Should you choose, you won't regret it... Had a rock chip contacted my insurance and was provided a list of repair companies they work with. Contacted Auto Glass Now and spoke to Brian. Explained my situation with a medical issue and he said they could do mobile. Wonderful young man Carlos came repaired rock chip at appointed time and even texted me to let me know he was on his way. Carlos was very courteous, professional, and kind. Great customer service!!! Took great care of us and would definitely recommend and use again. Well Done AGN.

Awful customer service! Called to get our windshield replaced and asked multiple times if they had the windshield in stock and they stated yes it is. We were in a time crunch to get it done. We show up to our appointment and then they tell us they don’t have the windshield. A call to let us know would have been nice before driving all the way down there. They were very responsive and nice on the telephone but dropped the ball big time.

One of the best experiences I've had with a small business. They gave me a very reasonable estimate to replace my cracked windshield and scheduled the work for the next morning. Upon my arrival, the technician got right to work and I was out of there in about 90 minutes with a brand new professionally installed windshield. Clean and well organized facility. Highly recommend this business establishment.

It was really great. I could not be more pleased with the experience. The young man who came to do the installation was exceptionally nice and polite. He called me to tell me he was on the way like as I had requested, arrived promptly, had the job completed quickly, and answered my questions. The cost was exacted what the estimate was. I thought it was very reasonable.

I was a bit late for my appointment, but they still managed to fit me in and take care of my windshield repair. Before, the crack was very noticeable every time I got into my car, but now it’s practically invisible unless I look very closely. I received a very competitive quote and had my windshield replaced within 48 hours. they took me in early the day of my appointment and called me within a couple of hours that it had been completed. The follow up and communication was great. i will be referring friends and family in the future!. Thanks .
