I used this company today and am blown away. I applied online with simple info. Choose text option. Within a hour or so I was responded to. Was given an unbeatable price and then offered install for next day. Set time and bamm. 2nd day I get a call cpl hours before appointment and asked if I cared to move up my appointment. I agreed the as promised was there and ready before I could even get back to my house. The techs went straight in with care and swap my daughters windshield out. Gave us all the info we needed explained well. Then off they left to serve others. A+ service w/ A+ team. I'll be to only one auto glass company now. Well done.

Needed a windshield replacement on my 2018 Subaru Outback, which involved also re-calibrating the Eyesight cameras. From start to finish, this was a first-class operation by Auto Glass of S.A. Troy provided the price quotation promptly and kept me posted on scheduling, arrival times, etc. Technicians were competent, cordial and answered questions gladly. When I initially thought the Eyesight re-calibration may be a little off (it wasn’t, as I drove the car around more), they offered to re-do it, no questions asked. Very pleased. WASTED MY TIME! Contacted Troy on a Friday afternoon for glass repair. Told me 9AM to 12PM. Told him 12 PM would not work. We agreed on 9AM to 11 AM appointment. Saturday 11:15 no one showed up, asked for update to which he replied “ur next”. Told him if it was gonna be after 12 I’d have to go somewhere else. Guy called me up saying we should just cancel. He sounded frustrated and unprofessional. Hung up on me as well.

Had tried 4 other places and was told too much work for my replacement or didn’t have my replacement in stock. These guys replied promptly and scheduled service at the comfort of my own home! My windshield was replaced in about 1.5 hrs they are efficient, friendly and great communicators! Thank you so much will be referring you to everyone that’s needs repairs from now on!

My morning started terribly when someone broke into my truck, smashed my window, and stole my belongings. However, Auto Glass in San Antonio made my grim day brighter. These guys are awesome!! Contacted them after my sons car got broken into and they came out the next morning. They did a great job with the windshield and window, they even vacumed up the broken glass inside his car. They have amazing prices, fast response time, and are very friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Safe light kept hanging up on me. I called auto glass and they had somebody out within the hour and had it finished within 10 minutes and only cost me $288 half. As much as my deductible, very good, thank you. Installer was very professional and friendly. In and out would recommend to anyone.
