These guys are AMAZING. Before 20/20, I had called Tommy’s Auto Glass, got a quote for $285 for a windshield replacement but their reviews scared me away. Customers claimed after their replacement, things in their car were dirty or broken so I went looking and found 20/20 :) Ruben answered the phone and gave me OPTIONS for the type of window. Either I get $285 for a basic windshield or $300 for one that’s better for outside noises. They even come to you for FREE. The same day I got my windshield replaced, had some awesome conversation with these guys AND they answered every one of my questions along the way. I will definitely be coming back to them as they went above and beyond in their customer service. 20/20 is the best 🫶🏽

I received a quote from a very large company that I won’t name. They gave me almost a two week wait time! This very kind gentleman ordered my window, and showed up two days later. AND he only charged me half of what the large company was quoting me. He also came to me for free! Not only was he friendly, kind, and professional. But just overall a really good experience with great communication! I plan on using him professionally in my work truck anytime I need to going forward. I’ve also passed his name along to our fleet manager. If you’ve used any of the large companies, and never ventured out into anything smaller. I highly highly, highly recommend you do! Nothing but an amazing experience all around!!!!

I needed assistance with a broken window to my car that was broken overnight by some jerk and first thing in the morning Ruben answered the phone, gave us a very affordable quote and was at my home by mid day! He was so kind and walked me through what he did and explained how there could be a tight fit for a little while if I open the window, but it works perfectly fine! He also did a great job of vacuuming all the broken glass that was inside my car and then he even went a step further to whipping the mud off the seats that the jerk who broke my window left behind. Such wonderful service from a kind, honest man!

Service was amazing. I called over 10places for a quote. Ruben answered my call informed me on the prices and service. I was urgent to get my windshield replaced and mind you today is Saturday. All the places I called said I had to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday. This was a priority. What I love about this is that he came through. He made it happen. I needed a new windshield on my truck. I have a very expensive truck so I'm very particular about who does any work on it. After doing some research I decided to go with 20/20 Windshield Repair due to the high number of excellent reviews. The guys showed up on time, ready to work. They were pleasant to talk to and didn't seem to mind me being nosey or asking a lot of questions. The work was done in about an hour; they cleaned everything up and after payment were on their way. I will definitely recommend 20/20 and will use their services in the future as needed.

Reuben and his Tech did an amazing job replacing the windshield on an old Dodge truck, plus repaired a windshield chip on another car. He was prompt in giving a quote (I inquired late in the day), and they arrived at our house early the next morning. His prices are super reasonable compared to big name shops, who quoted double for an older truck. We have already recommended him to our neighbors, who also need a windshield replaced. A+ service in my book!
